I did add some garlic and onion powder for more flavor and I did two packs of the ranch seasoning, it was 🔥 topped it off with a little cheese and baked it at 425 for 30 mins!! The family enjoyed it just as the one I would make with all the cream cheese and ranch and blue cheese! thanks! I was able to enjoy while I’m cutting 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
You should try Joseph's lavish bread for your pizza next time! It comes out really crispy, like the expensive flatbreads you get at restaurants. And the macros are INSANE. High protein, low cal!!

Digging the selections too, saves some time from having to check through and compare them lol. The Costco video was great and this supermarket one is also a good one!
I put the buffalo dip on a sandwhich bread and it smacked 👏 i also skipped the bacon and turkey on the pizza and had it with 8oz chicken on the side. Total for the meal was 600 calories! Insane hack to satisfy the cravings. Thanks 🤜 Could totally see myself eating this pizza a few days a week.
I’m so glad I found u. I’m a bad diabetic. The all keto diet is unrealistic for me. This is more normal for me to follow. It’s probably less expensive too.
Tried the Buffalo dip. Highly recommended! I’m not a fan of greek yogurt but it works perfectly. Second time around I substituted the cheddar cheese with fat free feta since I did not have cheddar cheese at the time. Also added Chipotle chili pepper for extra kick.

Been eating these tortilla homemade pizzas, cant seem to find any good low calorie option in canada. Right now im doing 30g 1/2 fat pizza mozzarella cheese, 50g chicken, 50g crumbled bacon, 60ml alfredo sauce from costco. x2 for 2 pizzas, pretty money for a homemade chicken alfredo. I put it in on bake 400 for 12-14minutes, and broil for last 2 minutes for that extra crispyness. perfect
Hi, this is more of a weight loss related question.. I'm 33, 5'7 and currently weigh just under 9 stone (I'm British! We don't do lb!!lol). I'm active (walk around 90mins each day with my dog), eat a very healthy (no dairy,mostly vegetarian) diet most of the time but can't seem to lose anymore weight.. According to my BMI, I'm nearly in the "underweight" category, so is this why my body seems to be refusing to lose anymore weight? What would you recommend? Increase my cardio? Introduce weights? Limit carbs?? Thank you 😊 x
I’m gonna be honest it sounds like your pretty light and lean already, I would try and focus on maintaining weight and adding some muscle to make you fill out and look more fit/lean

dave's killer does have a "thin sliced" version that is 45 calories a slice. But even if you go regular cut, it's still better ingredients than other bread.
I like how you make it seem like 110 calories per tortilla is much. Here in Denmark the lowest option available is 177 calories per tortilla. I wish we had stuff like America sometimes.

Be careful of any "sugar free " items! I think the ones that have a laxative effect when eaten in an excessive consumption are the ones with the "sugar alcohol" ingredient in it! At least that's my theory!

I would take plain cereal like bite sized shredded wheat and add in dried fruit, nuts and fresh fruit with either Greek yogurt or milk 😋🥣
