What I got from this is Zappa wanted a three hour rehearsal and only got 17 minutes because the equipment didn’t arrive on time. The guy talking in this video said that Zappa was a real professional which makes me think that the other bands that came to the armadillo didn’t usually want a three hour rehearsal

i heard so much zappa in my life, that whenever someone is quoting his lyrics i got a rush in my mind with all the breaks bridges and solos and whatnot happening at that particualr part of the album. itsl ike someone is yelling in snowy mountains and triggeres an avalanche. ;D then i have to hear that song or album or otherwise my day is doomed with a catchy phrase
