    I am so used to models being electric seeing the live steam engine on fire is fascinating if admittedly terrifying to me.

    There is always something magical about live steam model trains… from the miniature engines to the old experimental O gauge designs like these… while they may be a safety hazard, boy they are just incredibly fascinating!

      For a closer examination of any RUclips video, first pause it and then advance it one frame at a time by pressing the period key. Pressing the comma key will reverse the video one frame at a time.

    Me and my brother had a few steam engine models, Mamod etc, if we spilt some metho, we didn't wipe it up, we just burned it off.
    (we always ran them outside on a concrete patio)

    日本では8輪駆動はD6輪駆動はCと表記しますこの場合はAですかね?2輪駆動なので、ちなみに4輪駆動はBです、

      @@jowolar2701very reminiscent of JMW Turner's "Rain, Steam and Speed, especially the thumbnail; is this where Turner got the idea of enveloping the loco in a fiery glow? Wonderful. The oldest steam model I have is a B L Super-Enterptise.

      Nice! I am looking for a super Enterprise. I have the normal Enterprise 2 times. The Bing loco with fire glow is from around 1900. In one of my other video,s you can see a Ernst Plank 8 gauge from 1875!
