A couple of months before this all started I shipped my P320 to Sig because of extractor problems which others posted on uTube. While Sig had my pistol the drop issue surfaced. I contacted the Sig rep and asked him to fix the drop problem. That did not happen. They fixed the extractor problem by replacing the entire slide. Don't have more specifics, and shipped my gun back.I guess they were not ready to do drop fix at that time. I registered for the "voluntary upgrade" in September, not sure of date. Have not heard anything from them. Thanks for keeping us apprised of status.

I believe it was August 1st that they came out with it. The voluntary upgrade. I'm not sure of that date but within the first hour I signed up for the voluntary upgrade on the first day you were allowed to. On October 13th I got the shipping label emailed to me from Sig. On October 14th I sent it and October 24th I got the gun back. With the upgrade completed. My P320 was gone for a total of 10 days. Fantastic job Sig and this will be replacing my g19 on my hip. That's how much I love this sig P320

I received my shipping labels on Saturday, October 28 and shipped 3 Sig P320s on Monday, October 30. I received one back yesterday, November 7 and one today. Considering it took 2 days to get there and 2 days to get back to me, that's about 3-4 day turn around by Sig. Even though I still have one to go, that's a pretty impressive turn around. Especially since they said we should expect it to take 4 to 6 weeks. They do send you an email when they ship your gun that includes a tracking number. Important to track it because you or another adult must be available to sign for the package.

Mine is enroute back to me as we speak. Anxious to see the new trigger. I hear it's nice. The email that came with the shipping label said expect a 4 to 6 week turn around, but mine was enroute back to me within a week.

One more thing. When I shipped those pistols they all three averaged about a 7.5+ lb. trigger pull. The two I have gotten back average at the most 6.5 lbs. My trigger pull scale is an old RCBS spring operated trigger pull gauge. So the actual weights may be a little off but the difference is significant.

My first of 2-P320s went back to Sig on Saturday. It'll be interesting to see how it shoots when it gets back to me.

I got the same email this past week. They took quite a while with the mcx bolt carrier group issue and I think this will be worse.
