    All you need to do is replace the heavy double action tregger with a light weight apex flat face trigger

    I entered my info the first hour I could on the first day I could. I still haven't received any info yet. I still do take it to the range though and it's a full-sized RX version. I will be getting a compact to replace my g19 because that is how much I have fallen in love with this pistol. It just fits my hand and shoots great. It is the first Sig I have ever owned and I never thought I would ever take my g19 off my hip until I bought my first P320

    I LEO friend of mine with a local agency just got issued the P320 right before this whole drop thing came out. She told me the Sig rep said they are doing direct swaps for LE agencies. That tells me they are taking care of all the Law Enforcement sales first before they get to citizens. If you were contacted to send it in you are lucky. I still carry mine everyday. I train with it. I love the gun and this whole drop safe thing has not stopped me from having full confidence in the gun. I do hope I get a email soon. I signed up the day the sign up went live on the web page.

      AZ Gun Guys treat the firearm as it was ment to be treated and it will serve you just fine. I was actually on the fence on if I was even going to do it. But it will be fun to see and find out how all this goes.... Thank you for the comment!!

    I just called sig today to check on my status. I just happened to stumble on your video. It's been a month to the day that I registered so I figured I would give them a call. I have yet to receive any correspondence from sig. They told me that they still haven't begun accepting any guns and said it may be another couple of weeks before before we get our labels. I honestly would be surprised if I end up with the finished product before 6 months. I agree with your assessment of the gun, I love mine as well. It was going to be my daily carry until this issue arose.

      nikyyo thank you for the comment! The time frame is what interest me the most. To see how Sig handles this and the final outcome.

    I put in my info on the first day, and got the email with the FedEx shipping label the third week of October. I did the shipping within two days of receiving the email. For the record, FedEx hereabouts is covered with Texas legal signs banning firearms, and a few years ago they almost got the vapors when I proposed shipping a gun through them. The label says nothing about guns, and you ship to "SSI," not "SIG." I too was expecting 4-6 weeks, but precisely a week later I got the notification that it was back being shipped, and had it delivered to my door exactly nine days after sending it. Can't tell any difference in the trigger, but that's a good thing, since it was very, very good for a striker-fired pistol to start with. As far as I can tell, they did very well.

    I love it too. Put a apex enhanced trigger on it since day one but I to will get the upgrade. I actually called a couple days ago. They said they are still a month away from starting. They have to set up a new wing, equipment, training people and hopefully doing 1000 pistols a week it's going to take a while guys. Till then shot it and don't worry to much.

    After the second time I input my information on Sigs P320 voluntary upgrade website I received an email informing me they received the information. In celebration of receiving the email my family will gather around the P320 and drop it every morning just to show faith in the P320.

    I have a p320rx contacted sig on August 23,2017 they e mailed me a Fed-ex label fully insured two day air label. The person I spoke with told me at that time they hadn't received any upgraded parts and wouldn't for about six weeks. He did tell me that mine would be one of the first to get the upgrade haven't heard back yet still waiting for the return of mine.

      I sent mine in a week early for another issue and had the work order updated to include the trigger fix. Called about 10 days ago, they had not started doing any user repairs. They were building an assembly and machining line to handle the work. I suspect this could be 3-6 months...

    I registered for the upgrade about a week after all this started. Received an email today saying I will receive a shipping label soon. My concern is that parts will be mix matched from one gun to another. I have had my 320 for a year and only put 300 rounds through it and I keep my guns clean. I don't want a barrel that's had 2000 rounds coming back to me . I called sig and asked if they had a process in place to prevent this and the rep acted like I was crazy. Parts are going to be separated because this is going to require milling.

      Thank you for successfully registering your P320 for SIG SAUER’s no-cost Voluntary Upgrade Program. It is our goal to keep you informed throughout this process.
      We will begin sending information and labels required for returning your P320 throughout October and November. Shipping labels will go out in stages based on when each P320 was registered so you may not see yours immediately.
      We would also like to take this opportunity to verify your return shipment information.
      Keep in mind that we must have a physical residential address to return your firearm to you (no business or PO Box addresses will be accepted), and an adult over 21 years of age will need to be home to sign for the returned pistol.
      The address that we have on file for you is:

      Andrew Williams they did state that it would be a few weeks before the even started the process. I'm sure that there is parts to be made and stocked up on before they even start. Your time will come I'm sure. Could you please post back when you do? For comparison??

      I signed up for it right away as well, however I bought mine used locally so let's see if they even honor the upgrade. I would think so and I've have good luck with their repairs before so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Let's hope this begins soon but I've got other weapons for my ccw, range and home defense so I'm not in a big hurry, but an update as to when they're starting or progress would be nice.

    • @bikeracerdude
      @bikeracerdude 7 лет назад

      It was clearly stated on the registration page it would be "several weeks" before we'd get that email from Sig telling us how to proceed. Many of us assumed it would be two months or so before we are notified.

      When I put my name in the hat they stated the it would take "Many Weeks" to get back with you. The recall has only been started for 3-4 weeks. Remember there are 500,000 of these out there.....

      No your not the only one ....there's about half a million so stand in line like me lol, but seriously don't sell it cuz it's a sweet gun and fires anything ya feed it, at least mine does. And it's gonna get fixed and will be well worth the wait, however if ya can't wait or don't have another weapon to use until repairs are completed then I understand and wish ya the best.
      I've been debating selling my g31 but just did the repairs myself this evening and probably will be keeping it, but if something comes along that interests me I may opt to trade and I'm thinking of pickin up a g19 for an additional ccw to put in rotation so we'll see.

    *ClickBait- because the guy hasn't 'sent' or 'returned' his Sig P320.*
    *He waited about one month to "register online" for the voluntary upgrade.*
    *His title and description are misleading.*

    • @bravo1xray522
      @bravo1xray522  7 лет назад

      bikeracerdude sorry you feel that this is clickbait... The title says "Returning" not sent. This is ment to be a series on the "Returning" of my 320. Thank you for the comment.

    • @bikeracerdude
      @bikeracerdude 7 лет назад

      Just edit the title and description to read "registering the P320"... "Returning" doesn't start until Sig sends you an email, and you're one month behind most of us who aren't expecting an email from SIg for another 1-2 months.
