Poets and the Muse is written for AW as well. So you like ballads/ slow rock. I recommend listening to Poets songs, The Ballad of Jeremiah Peacekeeper, No end no beginning and Temple of Thought (Unplugged live version) and Roses or Change.
Another great reaction you still need to check out out my favs from POTF: (Great Music Vids too) -Dancing on Broken Glass -Love Will Come to You -Temple of Thought And Alan wake is a fantastic game, writing inspired from works of Stephen King and Twin Peaks. Plus you have to find a band that wrote a song about what happened called 'Old Gods of Asgard' :D
I did listen/react to one song (so far) by Old Gods of Asgard. I link it here for you. And thank you for the suggestions! ruclips.net/video/tJF3dSlMXFg/видео.html
You definitely need to do the songs Locking up the sun and Love will come to you by Poets of the Fall (the official videos of course) next sunday. ✌️😁 Keep on reacting!
@@Reckyj I like the first one, too. But my favorites from POTF are Carnival of rust, Daze, Sleep and False kings. Love the music videos as much as the songs.
@@Reckyj Yes, Sleep is slow, but it is sooo beautiful and deep. I absolutely love that song. The live version is way better than the album version. I also think Daze is super. And so is the music video. Marko would make a good actor as well, I think.
I knew The Poet & the muse, but never actually saw the game footage. That was fun! Ok Alan Wake and Control are 2 games you should check out :) 2 songs I'd love to see you react to Choice Millionaire (album Jealous Gods) and Moonlight Kissed (album Clearview). Two very different videos, directed by 2 different directors.
"Cradled in Love" was the first song I ever heard by the Poets, followed by Carnival of Rust. I've been a fan ever since. If you want something non-Poets to react to, I recommend "Housefire" by the band Flight Brigade. I coincidentally first heard their music when they were the supporting act for the Poets and they were great. Housefire also has a really cool music video. Alternatively, "Sirens" by Flight Brigade is also pretty cool and has a great music video as well. There are 7 people in the band, they do sort of indie-rock in the UK and I don't think anyone outside the UK has heard of them yet. They're really good, though.
I'd love to see you react to the little older and faster paced PoTF songs. You've done "Sleep" and "Late Goodbye" from the first album "Signs of Life" (2005) and "Carnival of Rust" from the album bearing the same title from 2006. Those were the bands first two albums. Sleep and Late Goodbye are both kind of slow-paced, Carnival of Rust has a bit more tempo, but I'd like to see what you have to say about *"Lift"* from the first album and either *"Locking Up The Sun"* or *"Sorry Go Round"* from the second album. I love the songs, especially when I'm standing in the front row of a festival stage. But I do not like the music videos. You've loved Poets of the Fall's music videos, and rightly so, but I'd say these songs have music videos that aren't so good (well "Sorry Go Round" doesn't have a music video). They do have a story, but not as good or a clever one, the style is different from many of the newer music videos and they are kind of repetitive in their cinematography and you might even say the imagery is a bit cheesy or corny.
Cradled in Love is such a beautiful song Marco's Falsetto is superb beautifully creepy video. Little side note The video for the Poet and the Muse not really official video it's fan made but so super awesome that we accept it as official hehe 😊👍 I seen in comments some more really good Poets of the Fall suggestions I definitely second all of them. So I'll throw in different band/song suggestions for ya. Bittersweet from Apocalyptica. Also like End of Me and Not Strong Enough from them aswell. Bittersweet singers from 2 different bands HIM and The Rasmus. Endof Me is singer from Bush a 90s band if you haven't heard of Bush they're worth a listen too. Not Strong Enough singer from Shinedown again if you haven't heard of Shinedown definitely worth a listen Brent Smith is on my list give him the phone book 😊👍
@@Reckyj You may even like Cold Blood and House of Chains from Apocalyptica... I like Hole in My Soul and Dead mans Eyes but they maybe not your taste been a min since I've listened to them. Those 2 maybe more towards your wife's liking. From Shinedown video song that kinda has the Cradled in Love feel not but sorta like it creepy beautiful video song of lose sadness pinch of hope is The Crow Chasing the Butterfly.

The Ballad of Jeremiah Peacekeeper live in Moscow is really beautiful
@@misfitheart awesome, it’s Rena I have a bunch of poets of the fall songs left. 😃

Hey! thank you for the suggestions! Its added to the list! =)
The second song was new to me. Loved it. To be honest, Marko could sing anything and I would love it. Amazing sound.
new to you, thats nice! Two good songs. First one was one of the best so far.

You definitely gotta play Alan Wake. You'll get to hear more Poets Of The Fall from it as well. XD
I know! =)
If you like balads you should hear "you are still here" its a very beautiful song
You're Still Here
