All the dynos measure HP differently. It is just like a bodyfat scale. You can easily estimate HP by looking at accel of the car stock and then start modding it. That wheel HP looked on the low side when guys in NA are putting 200 wheel HP on a stage 2 map N47. What map did you get? I would look at the map as an issue. Tuners sometimes will just adjust the fueling and nothing else. They will go into the map and just adjust the target values for fuel pressure. If you add boost pressure, you get an additional 5 percent gain on top of the 20 percent gain typically found with fueling. The issue is when you remove emission controls and don't have a way to properly tune those changes. A flash tuner will just guess what the effect will be (faster turbo spool) but not account for the additional fueling needed.

A bit confused. Doesn't the dyno give you power at the wheels but the normal quoted power for an engine is at the flywheel? So if this is the case then 190hp is not that bad?
@@KhanNakash Usually the dyno apply this ~15% for you though. They divide your torque output by ~0.85 to get an estimate for power at the crank. So the figures they give you already account for the drivetrain losses
Do a injectors correction check. If they are high I recommend to send them to an Bosch service for a check. Last week I had a 520d with same issue. Power loss and smoke. The car made 171 hp instead of 220 that the tuner said. 1 injector had 1-2 mmg correction in acceleration. I send all of pf them to a bosch service and they were in extremely good condition so I did a compression test an the results showed that in the cylinder with correction value the pressure was 26.6 bar and the other 3 cylinders were between 29-30 bar. I thounght that the piston rings for that particular cylinder are not in a good shape so I did a pressure leak test. I found that the pressure was escaping into exhaust.....the final result...one of the exhaust valve lifter was not working fine and the valve was not closing correctly( pressure escaped in exhaust during compression phase)
@@GeorgeAusters It is good that your car does not show any smoke... So the fuel and air are good. I think best option for you is to do a leaking test on the intake part.
