BIBLE Good job on the review. You covered the important points without dragging it out. Crossway did a great job of taking the notes from the Student Bible and adding the margins for the journaling/note taking aspect for people. Like many people I started with a traditional Bible with thin margins and over time discovered that I was running out of space. Just a tip on the camera that is shooting the overhead shot of the Bible, put it into manual focus and that will keep it from trying to refocus on the hands.
I bought this bible after watching your first review on it last year and I love it. I also go the leather flap with strap. Wish Jesus' words were red... but I think it's a Crossway thing. The paper is ridiculously thing and the font does seems to be on the tiny side. But I have another bible so when reading gets to tight I jump onto that one. But all in all it's an awesome bible and I love it.
I literally just found your page last night because I searched reviews on this Bible and looked at your most recent videos to see if you had an update on how it takes with writing and highlighters. And boom you post this the very next day 😂 God is so good! 🥰🙏🏽

I had to order mine from eBay the exact same one and received it yesterday. Currently it is not available on Amazon or anywhere else. I am pleasantly surprised that it isn’t too heavy and unwieldy. IOW I won’t feel like I’m spraining my wrist when I pick it up. I have added my tabs and look forward to using.
I am curious to see how the notes differ. I’ve seen Daily Grace Co has a couple of these ESV Journaling Study Bibles and I really want a Bible I can dedicate to studying with and be able to write notes in as well, but I also don’t know how the notes compare and if I’d be missing out on too much if that makes sense.
I totally understand! On the ESV Study Bible the notes are more detailed. the ESV Journaling Study Bible has less notes but I think thehbare still great and you get the journaling area that absolutely love.

The notes in this bible are from the ESV Student Study Bible. These notes are also in the ESV Woman’s Study Bible, which I own, so I could not justify this bible. However, I really want one.
I love the idea of a journaling study bible. I also love the ESV translation as I'm in seminary. I'm looking for a good hardcover ESV journaling study bible that's hardcover that I can take to church. I'm so particular, lol! Good video!
