    Special Sadya Style Sambar :-
    Ingredients:-
    1. Sambar Chillies (Finely Chopped) - 5 nos.
    2. Brinjal - 1 Medium
    3. Pumpkin - 100 gms
    4. Colocasia (Chempu) -100 gms
    5. Drumstick - 1 Big
    6. Ladysfinger - 4-5 nos
    7. Tomato - 1 Big
    8. Small Onion (Shallots) - 15 nos.
    9. Tuvar Dal- 1 1/4 Cup
    10.Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
    11. Water - 2 1/2 Cup
    {All vegetables to be cut into big square pieces}
    Other Ingredients:-
    1. Tamarind - 1 (Gooseberry Size)
    2. Additional Water - 4 cups
    3. Coconut Oil - 1 Tbs
    4. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
    5. Additional Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
    6. Jaggery - 1 1/2 tsp
    7. Asafoetida - 1 small piece / Asafoetida Powder - 1 tsp (5gms)
    8. Kashmiri Powder - 1 1/2 Tbs
    9. Coriander Powder - 2 Tbs
    10. Additional Coconut oil - 1 tsp
    11. Salt - According to Taste
    12. Coriander Leaves
    Tempering:-
    1. Coconut Oil- 1 Tbs
    2. Mustard Seeds- 1 Tsp
    3. Dry Red Chillies- 4 nos. (Split)
    4. Curry Leaves
    5. Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 Tsp
    6.Fenugreek Powder - 1 Pinch
