It’s called Sodalite blue, it is a no cost option colour. Interior is Nappa leather macchiato beige / magma grey
Really enjoyed this overview of the G500! Not sure if it is different in any other markets, but in the U.S. the Active Ride Control suspension is only available on the G63 for 2025, not on the six cylinder version (here known as the G550 instead of the G500).
An adaptive damping adjustment suspension used to be optional on the G550, but that was a less sophisticated suspension than the AMG Active Ride Control and does not appear to be an option on the 2025 G550 model.
Thanks for sharing! That is interesting as I have driven the new G63 but it didn’t have the Active Ride Control either which seems a shame to have it as an option on their top model.

As it’s more softer than the full blown AMG
Maybe…and perhaps I’m just getting old but in this car softer is better in my opinion
So is it a cooler alternative to a Range Rover at last?!
Perhaps, it’s not as luxurious or as comfortable as a ‘full sized’ Range Rover but it is a good alternative to a Sport…again the new sport feels more luxurious at a lower price point however the G Wagon has much more exclusivity and in this sector of the market that is worth a lot
