Bolivia looks like another planet!! The scenery is just breathtaking......and thats just watching it on my crappy screen, I cannot imagine what it must be like to see in the flesh!!!
Amazing places , I’m from Bolivia another City hotter weather , never visited any of those places , next visit to Bolivia I will go to some places I’m watching here, I’m living in USA now , nice job amazing videos
Highest elevation of the expedition!!! I am completely hooked on you guys and gal! Another amazing episode! The dusk drone shots of the rigs get me going every time 😍!
20:30 The round Sticker on the right side: " Nett hier. Aber waren sie schonmal in Baden- Württenberg?".... its german and means : Nice here, but did you ever visit Baden_Württenberg? ( Part of germany).... its where im from....lol... love it
I have recently found these guys and have loved the journey from short trips to professional travelogues. the sense of family and enjoyment of the outdoors is inspiring . you are so lucky to have all that space around you. I am from the uk and space is something above the ozone! thank you for making your experiences public.
My Grandfather died in Bolivia on a mission trip there in 1963. He was in a portion of the country where it was more of a jungle than high alpine. I have never been able to get there to see it for myself, but it was interesting to see the different regions in your videos. Thank you.
Great episode! Currently my most favorite series on youtube. The soundtrack to the videos is nice too, it really helps bring in everything. Happy holidays guys, i know being far from home during these times has got to be rough. Keep up the fun, ill be looking forward to the next video.
Again! And cant thank you enough for visiting my country Bolivia. If you are going again, I would like to join from Houston. Also, I can arrange spectacular adventures in other parts of Bolivia. There are many and incredible places yet to discover! :) love this documentary and makes me appreciate the nature and the beautiful countries in South America.
Thanks much for really great videography, taking all of us spectators there with your team! Nice to see your Drone can actually fly at 15K feet. DJI Mavic Pro or is it something else? Clay, Kurt, Jeff, Heather, Ryan, Nate, Eric, Best of Season's greetings, please have a fantastic New Year and a continued safe trip.
SamTheSuave the PTO based land rover trailers existed before the 1970s. I have a feeling that they got introduced with the series 2 in the 60s. I drove a later FC101 with the PTO driven trailer it was a surreal experience having a trailer pushing you through the mud
You remind me of what astronauts probably go through. Exploring, eating what and where you can, even though your meals are way better, surviving the elements, traveling in a team, radio communication. Mechanical issues, etc.
Hahaha! That's how I get when I drink Mountain Dew. Amazing scenery! I am surprised that there is that kind of algae at that elevation and temperature!
Clay, the original Land Rover Forward Control 101 came with a powered 1-ton trailer which was driven using the PTO shaft. Like most things Rover, they were a bit of a headache, but as you'd expect, they proved their worth in the sand during the Lybian Trial Expedition. It was the difference between continuing on and getting stuck. Pretty expensive though, so they didn't continue with that specification for future military orders. I believe even the Lybian Expedition people abandoned them in the end. There was a great writeup on them in one of the recent Overland Journals, I can't recall the issue though.
Love your videos, the editing and stuff is great, makes me want tomato my own videos better. not sure how you can possibly have 21 dislikes but... keep up the great work !
Oscar Aquino You did do by being born into this existence my friend, all of us did as the chosen equally blessed with the miracle gift of life. Sadly it is the corrupt powers that be, who claim our earth that restrict us and control the birthrights we should have to roam freely
ExpeditionOverland what was the tire wear like? I'm looking to replace my stock Tundra tires (weight would be similar to the Land Cruiser) to the Grabbers...just don't know if I want the X3 or the AT2.
Hey guys! Amaznig job! congrast from Peru, by the way, you only crossed de Peruvian coast....come on! you MUST go to the highlands and jungle, our roads and landscapes are minblowing. Feel free to request assistance if you are coming back. That would be awesome. Cheers from Barranco, Lima!
Not to proud to admit this but I just watched all 8 episodes in one sitting... while at work!

Re. the powered trailer you mentioned; check out the Land Rover 101 powered trailer that the British developed in the 1970s.

Oscar Aquino You did do by being born into this existence my friend, all of us did as the chosen equally blessed with the miracle gift of life. Sadly it is the corrupt powers that be, who claim our earth that restrict us and control the birthrights we should have to roam freely
Mountain driving is my favorite, but I prefer travel by dirtbike;)
U guys should explore the Amazon forest through Guyana and Brazil during summer
That would be rad!
really funny that yall got stuck in the tiniest snow patch there is ... lol. Great work on these videos though.
So awesome
Thanks
I thought you guys were headed to Chile and then over to Argentina? Are there a few episodes not up yet?
When you were stuck in that little bit of snow, why did you not just use the max tracks? would have taken a couple of minutes.
have to throw the sponsors a bone... cough warn couch
You said you saw your first flamingos in the last video too lol
so good
have you guy's encountered any tire issues?
Zero on this expedition.
ExpeditionOverland what tire pressures do you guys run?
ExpeditionOverland what was the tire wear like? I'm looking to replace my stock Tundra tires (weight would be similar to the Land Cruiser) to the Grabbers...just don't know if I want the X3 or the AT2.
+ExpeditionOverland What gloves do you guys use?
Magpul Gloves Check them out here:www.magpul.com/products/apparel-accessories/gloves
You always think somebody’s doing something illegal hahahahahah
Clay why not use a bungee strap for a quick tug out of that snow instead of the long process winching out?
xjinit because they need to show the product. “Staged”
Why synthetic line instead of steel for your winches? Really enjoying following your journey!
Why do they park on the trax?
Ivan V They do this to level out the vehicle on uneven ground. Easier to sleep when your bed is flat rather than tilted 😂
you guys should come to india ! we have the highest motorable road in the world at 18500ft youll love it !!
great video guys !! love it !
