This morning was so stressful, I was crying all over the place, feeling hopeless. Now, i feel amazing. like i can take on my day. My nervous system has calmed down, I can think properly. My stress and cortisol levels are down. You are saving lives.

Hi Kassandra, I’m Amalia from Malaysia. I have had the most stressful 3 weeks of January 2024. And I have sacrificed my self care time to get a lot of work done. Tonight I got a little break from cooking for the fam thanks to my darling husband, and I decided to do this yoga session with you! And it was the most healing I’ve felt in the past 2 weeks, I literally cried at the start and finish of this session. I might also add that I too have anxiety disorder (and I want to tell myself its mild) and it has hindered me in making progress in life for the past 4 years. I recently took steps in managing it, and one of those things is your yoga sessions. I love you and your sessions, they are absolutely healing and gets my body going. Thank you. I am totally ranting! I'm 14 years old and I'm often anxious and I really want to stop it so I tried and I'm so thankful for you bc I don't know how but now I feel really so relaxed and I just want to sit in the garden and draw something with smile on my face❤❤
When we get tangled up in the web of stress, it's easy to forget to remember who we are. Something you said reminded me of why I hardly ever went on a 'beach' holiday, i could never relax, my thoughts would be sooo active, relaxation was impossible, but being active, walking, visiting places, talking to people, getting out of my head and immersing in the world helped me relax, so when i went to bed, i fell into a restful asleep having had a full day out of my head. Not sure if anyone gets this, my brain isn't working properly yet, (before breakfast). Thank you Kassandra ❤

It's my 2nd day of practising this sequence and today, I am in tears. I am 56 and struggled with anxiety and depression most of my life. I have been doing yoga for the past 12 years and it has been an absolute life saver. It is the one place I’ve managed to create in my life where I can focus on my breath!
