i was recently diagnosed with a pseudoaneurysm and that word alone sent me in a spiral of sadness and depression. Having some medical knowledge does not always bode well. thankfully, I remembered that i have survived a stroke and other events that were meant to kill me but here i still stand. thanks to yoga and meditation i will continue to strive. What hit the most is the affirmation " i accept there are some things that i can not change and I'm okay with that". but thankfully there is a solution. Always have been chronically stubborn especially when advocating for myself.
This was the most calming meditation I have ever done. Normally I get side tracked and I find my thoughts wondering else where..that didn’t happen at all during this. Thank you for bringing peace in my life. ✨

"this situation will pass, so i choose to deal with it calmly," immediately made me let go of almost all of my stress. i have intense emetophobia, so any time i have the slightest bit of stomach pain or nausea, my anxiety makes the pain and nausea so much worse. the reminder that it doesn't last forever, and it will pass soon enough really helps, thank you :)

"There are some things I can't change and I am okay with that" this triggered a weather of emotions for me. Couldn't stop myself from crying but I want to be okay with the things I can't change.
This is my favorite meditation ever. I do it everytime, when my anxiety is overwhelming, as it was today. Plus, in Austria there are heavy rains raging outside right now and I'm right under the roof. The magic was: As my mind calmed slowly down, the storm did, too. ❤
I haven’t done this mediation in a long time but it hit me so emotionally today. My anxiety has been really bad the last couple days and I absolutely needed this. I’ve never cried during meditation but a couple statements hit me hard and I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it felt good to let it out. Thank you for your calming demeanor and voice. It helps so much ❤

I could feel peace after the first time watching it, I feel so much calmer. I have extreme anxiety disorder and it’s been ruining my life. I am determined to get my life back and let positivity win. Great class! I feel calmer. more relaxed, more grounded and less anxious in my body, mind and emotions. I like the affirmations, they remind me of ones i have used and still use from Abraham/Ester Hicks and Louise Hay both of whom i admire and love very much. Some affirmations are easy to hear and others are more challenging but i sit with them and focus on the breath or visualize them if it is a visual type of affirmation. I really like the "all is well and i am safe" affirmation, you use it in your Stress Relief Stretch class which i really like and do often. I like that you repeat the affirmations twice, it helps to really process them and feel the effects. I also like that you don't use to many affirmations and give time for each one to be able to process them fully. Thank you very much for doing this class, it is one i will continue to do often. I have tried other channels for yoga and meditation but there’s something so safe about your space and your voice. Especially since I use meditations to calm myself before sleep, I feel really weird and uncomfortable being in my bed listening to someone else’s voice talk to me.
