i started 21 hr daily water.fasting and my type 2 diabetes has become perfect....i have not took metformin for last 6 months and i check my sugar levels 3 times a day during my fast and the readings are anywhere between 4.5 and 5.5.......i think drs dont tell us the truth or they simply dont care....my diabetic nurse said u must make sure u eat every few hrs so your blood sugars dont go to low ...this makes no sense i discovered fasting after years of having uncontrolled diabetes and by doing my own research on you tube....if you are reading this please ignore everybody else including me and try this for yourself and make your own decision regarding your overall help and your diabetes.....all i know is fasting is centuries old and it has cured my problem
im on a 24 water fast just checked my sugar level...it shows 5.2 mmol which is perfect....im type 2 diabetic on insulin tablets normally...so now i dont know what to believe...when i dont eat and fast my sugar levels return to near normal ie 5.2 to 5.4
@@anyaconnolly9045 😂🤣😅 I thought so too she sounds the same as one of the cashier in my local bank, and what is funny she is so massively loud and bassy that people with children they children go to ask her all time time if she is ok and why she is talking like a man.
