    I like this type of old school of RUclips were you can learn something effective, not like this modern RUclips were there is not put any effort to it. Keep it up GNT, you are a legend

    There's about 100 things in here I never learned from my old TKD instructor. Great work GNT. The students who get to work with you on a regular basis are very lucky. (Now if I can just remember the rest of Won-Hyo....)

    GNT I am a mixed martial artist who at my current level cant blade my kicks comfortably when i throw. I have been told before that you should blade your kicks for penetrating power. And using the ball of the foot is for pushing power. Is the blading needed for mma fighting? Should i invest in mastering that

    I have a question, what are the best stretches for getting my chamber more to my chest so I can generate more power. My leg seems stuck at some point. The tightness seems to bee at the gluteus area. What would be your advice?
    Thank you in advance for your time.
    Kind regards,
    Ramses

    also something I'd like to point out, the movement for the side kick is exactly the same as a stomp, so if you can stomp, you can slowly move it up to properly develop the side kick

    • @GingerNinjaTrickster
      @GingerNinjaTrickster  7 лет назад

      IridiumAxle bit more to it than that but I get what you are saying.

    • @IridiumAxle

      I'm talking specifically about the quad movement, but yeah, foot angle and plenty of other things with your hips play in.
