    I love this! It was an education for me to see what they mean by high IQ players, there's a lot of different talents that go into a great NBA player.

    Doc Rivers, fresh off eating a bowl of cigarettes and sandpaper. Brilliant idea, NBA. Been watching the game for 30 years and I still miss out how much of it is a chess match between coaches and players.

    I love Mike Brown loved being with the Warriors he respects the players of that team even when he's coaching another team, which he has taken to heights too. Gotta love Coach Brown for that.

    Man, the nba should have more of these coaches talking about atos and set plays where we can see how a cutter or a shooter gets wide open for an easy shot, without these coaches, most of us and the players wouldn't know much about x and o's

      You gotta give props to players improvising as well based on how they read the D. Coaches give the initial orders but when something changes, them playmakers know what or whom to pass the ball to when the right time comes.

    Kings been killing it running those similar screens as the warriors now that we have the shooting ability and the penetration speed of Fox. Heurter been particularly deadly catch and shoot off the screen. Love that back screen the Heat ran too, super smart play.

      Dumb ass comment. Every single point in bball is scored off a play. Either the coach calls the play or the player does. it just all happens so fast you don't see it. Especially if you are a casual.

    David Bailey was Austin Rivers’ high school coach (Winter Park). I was coaching at Montverde. Ty Lue is right, that play works lol

    Got a question though. On Cleveland's double stagger screen, what happens if Detroit switch on the 1st screen set by Evan Mobley? Now, the guy guarding Garland isn't behind anymore which doesn't create 2v1 with the 5

      @@deanvejnovic8188 The Sixers are still a train wreck with Ben out of the picture too. He's just holding the team hostage with his stale brand of basketball. He chokes in the playoffs every year when his rosters are considered to be good enough to "contend." He also cost the Magic a chance at acquiring Tim Duncan because he had some arbitrary rule about not allowing family member's on the team plane. The guy has been an arsonist everywhere he's gone.

    Pop is not the greatest NBA coach of all-time. Look at his record the past 5 seasons. I do not recall Kerr or Jackson losing 18 straight. No trades, nothing.
