If my body is having trouble absorbing fat-soluble vitamins from my food, how is it going to be able to do so from supplements? Sorry if you explained this already; this is the point I'm still confused on.

    • @KickItNaturally

You're right. You're only giving your body a bit of a boost by adding supplemnts. The real solution is to improve bile flow if you're having a problem so you can process fats better and absorb fat soluble vitamins better. This video explains more: ruclips.net/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/видео.html

I am leaning towards catabolic imbalance, i have noticed that one of the supplements mentioned in your book that hells to push body pro-anabolic is Vit E. I already suffer from lower blood pressure. Would supplementing Vit E not cause my BP to lower further ? TIA

Thanks for the additional links -- need to watch those. I still have my gallbladder but for some reason if I get a little too much fat, or oils, my stomach pushes out the meal almost immediately -- and I poop out my previous meal (very lose stool). Then I'm hungry again. And the process repeats.

You may want to consider taking ox bile or TUDCA with or an hour before/after a meal.

@@thisguy2085 -- Awesome -- thanks a TON. I've been a bit confused about this. I tried TUDCA once, with a meal, but it just wasn't fast acting enough -- but sounds like I should try to take it before I even start eating, like you said. I have ox bile on the way, as well. Hopefully these do the trick. I can't keep any weight on: I am 5 ft 11 inches and down to 129 lbs. I've just been pooping out everything I eat, too fast.

@@ShowMeWhatINeedToKnow what dose are you working with. Sometimes 125 mg are used, but 500mg of TUDCa or Ox Bile can also be used.

@Brian Anderson and @Show Me What I Need to Know, but sure to watch this video about When is ox bile (Or tudca) a bad idea: ruclips.net/video/YMTd4FXd0ng/видео.html
It's a very common mistake to take ox bile with a meal. If someone is not acidifying their food correctly, ox bile or tudca will actually make that problem worse. But it does sound like you're having trouble digesting fast and some ox bile or tudca could help improve that if you use the timing correctly. You could use that as a temporary fix while you work to correct the actual problem (Which is almost always poor bile flow). If you go through our totally free digestion course, it will help you figure out the timing of everything, and also help you figure out how to get your natural bile flow working so you dont' have to supplement with ox bile indefinitely. You can find that totally free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

What happens if you start burping and smell your bile. This happened way to many times as a kid. And few years ago. I got digestive enzymes with oxtail bile. Just to try it and I recognize the smell was very similar. I wonder if my Liver is having difficulty.

Is it possible to fully absorb fat soluble vitamins by consuming fish oil capsules, evening primrose oil capsules, or flaxseed oil capsules? I am asking because I am curious if these supplements can replace things like nuts, butter, olive oil, etc. for absorbing fat soluble vitamins. Is absolutely necessary to consume dietary fat to fully absorb the vitamins or can we use supplements to do so?
