Really like the idea of reduced equipment needs. Very simple exercises which work key groups. Let's see if I can swap my Keg for a six pack!

Tried this workout but instead threw in a 2.5 minute interval run after the 20 secs worth of recovery. Brilliant!

I don’t have the equipment for the dips or the Australian pull ups at home and cannot acquire it. Can you recommend alternative exercises or equipment?
Seems like a great workout. I just started a new Pro programme so I won't be adding these exercises to my plan for the moment. Although I would really want to 😉 But one thing I've already learned from you guys is not to overdo it and take enough rest.
Great choice. A PRO program in our app is always better than random follow-along workouts because they've been structeredly put together for optimal results!

Like the overall instructions especially on the pullups and chinups. Full range of motion and slow is very nice. Little confused on the dips though. Its a dip but not at “real” dip😜

From personal experience, you might take anywhere between 4 months to a year to get into good shape.
