I've been growing my hair out since September of '18. So far, it's growing at the normal rate. Its currently at that weird stage where it looks like a mullet where it looks short on the top and long in the back and sides. I would get it cut so it looks better, but since any hair stylist doesn't understand what the hell "a trim" means, I'm not gonna be doing that. LOL. Going for right above the collarbone. Just long enough to where I can wear it in a ponytail or man bun. I did buy that Watermans shampoo and conditioner that Thomas was talking about in a video. It has made my hair look and kinda feel a bit thicker. Kinda confused on the directions where it says you can use it for 4-5 days a week. Is that 4-5 days in a row? Thomas, if you read this, can you please clarify? The shampoo does smell really good, but the conditioner kinda smells like dead roses.

Thomas In Action Yeah, though I never felt like I was in an awkward stage too much. Was never itching to get a haircut - just coz it grew so gradually i never hated it.

Maybe it's because my hair is relatively straight, but I never had much trouble with long hair, but I agree waiting for it to grow out is a big pain. I had someone threaten to cut my ponytail off and I replied, "Do it, and I'll cut something off from you. And what I cut off won't grow back."

Guys, I know it is normal for hair to fall out when growing it out, but I just can't stop thinking about it and every single time I am full of anxiety of becoming bald someday. Any recommendations on my problem? Thanks a lot!
Ummmm yes! That is legendary. haha what kind of hair tie is it? Did it not give or stretch beyond repair yet? I'm actually stunned lol. Teach me your ways.
My hair touches my butt. Lately, my grandma has been pressuring me to cut half of it off and donate it. I told her that if my hair grew super fast and was down to my ankles, I'd do that. Otherwise, I'm not going to and she needs to accept that.
Hey man today I used the watermans shampoo and conditioner for the first time, it smelled good and felt good and it actually left curly (it alredy is, but still, more than before). For me it’s been almost 13 months since I cutted my hair, though I am considering cutting the tips a bit just to see how helpful are the waterman, and also because it’s also hot right now. Cheers
Thanks Dude! I’m 12 months deep into the grow out & really starting to get a decent length & shape to it. Completely agree about products but a very good quality shampoo, conditioner & natural, easy to wash out hair products that nourish my hair has made a big difference to the overall quality of my hair at 12 months. Yeah, stage 2 was a b1tch but I knew for myself I was on a mission & did not give a flyin’ fck 😊 PS - Yeah, you tell people you’re growing your hair out, they see it getting longer & they say, “Why don’t you get a haircut ?” F-off, get *your* hair cut & leave me the F out of it! I don’t want to be a Mekon !
Nice video, I have long hair too and I want to grow it out down the neck. I started January 2018 with this project (yeah I know they grow extremely slow😅). Can you do a video like this again but with positives, please🤔😁
Good for you, man. Everyone is so fucking judgmental! The world would be so much better if people minded their own fucking business. With that being said, if you want to grow your hair to the fucking floor, then go for it. It will look great just as great as it is now. Peace always!
Yeah the being mistaken for a girl thing can be really awkward.. My hair currently looks like Sabrina Spellman in the new series.. I wish I could post a side by side comparison 😂
@@thomasinaction What's sad is hers looks better than mine.. My ends looks dreadful but it kills me to imagine losing length before I'm happy with the length
I’ve been growing my hair out for about 2 & 1/2 years. I’m about to cut it short because it gets in the way. It takes a while to dry and gets in my mouth when I try to eat food. It also covers my mouth when I swim and tangles when I put a mask on. The List goes on. I love the look, but it’s just too inconvenient unfortunately.
The shorthairs are jealous. Keep that in mind, and don't cut it! Let your bad day pass. I'm 66, and 4 years retired, with light brown, thin but wavy-curly hair (c2). After 4 1/2 years, it's between my upper shoulder blades. I have an very high forehead, and the rest of my crown is thin (to put ot mildly). It's the William Shakespeare look :))) Still, I'm proud to let my freak flag fly. One tip: if the wind is blowing, and it's sunny, I don't look at my shadow, which appears to have only about 10 strands of hair.
I shaved my head September 2016 and have been growing it out ever since, my hair is just about your length now but doesn't look hardly as nice :( the last trim I had was in July of 2018 should I go in for another??

I used to not be a fan of the man bun until my hair got longer.
Then it grew on me
😉👌
growing it since august and i gotta say that the akward stage is a pain in the ass
I hear you. Krusty the Clown feels... not fun.
People telling me to cut off ✅
Get mistaken as a girl ✅
Fuck awkward stage ✅
I feel you
I have the same experience
My hair was wet one day I played some sorts and I really liked the look but oh well never going to get that again
????
You forgot about the knots. I don't have long hair yet and my hair is a pain to comb every morning because of them.
Hi Thomas! Could you do a video where you try on short-haired wigs? My bf is growing his hair out, and needs a more "professional" look at times.
Idk if this helps but sometimes I tuck my hair in the back and tie it to make it look shorter so maybe he could try that also?
Hey Mike, I've actually done one already. It was a little parody-ish, but I still showed how it works and looks. See that here: ruclips.net/video/6tlBow7xMS0/видео.html
Guys, I know it is normal for hair to fall out when growing it out, but I just can't stop thinking about it and every single time I am full of anxiety of becoming bald someday. Any recommendations on my problem? Thanks a lot!
I just cut my 1 year beard and left the hair...well I feel strange when ppl yellfrom the car " my friends fancies you.
I've held on to my hair tie for about 1.5 - 2 years now. Should I apply for Guinness Book of World Records? XD
Ummmm yes! That is legendary. haha what kind of hair tie is it? Did it not give or stretch beyond repair yet? I'm actually stunned lol. Teach me your ways.
The longest I've had one without it snapping is about 6months. I pinged one at someone on the train yesterday as they were being rude.
My hair touches my butt. Lately, my grandma has been pressuring me to cut half of it off and donate it. I told her that if my hair grew super fast and was down to my ankles, I'd do that. Otherwise, I'm not going to and she needs to accept that.
I've been growing my hair since January 2018 and it's looking good definitely want it how I have in this picture
I wanna see the process
Hey man today I used the watermans shampoo and conditioner for the first time, it smelled good and felt good and it actually left curly (it alredy is, but still, more than before). For me it’s been almost 13 months since I cutted my hair, though I am considering cutting the tips a bit just to see how helpful are the waterman, and also because it’s also hot right now.
Cheers
Do it, Their products not only helped me with quicker growth but I also think they are great quality. Good luck with everything :)
My parents say i should cut them because a meeting for an apprenticeship
Well go prove them wrong.
Will do :)
the only thing that i hate about having kinda long hair is that when i shower its so hard to get my hair dry even with a hair dryer
Good for you, man. Everyone is so fucking judgmental! The world would be so much better if people minded their own fucking business. With that being said, if you want to grow your hair to the fucking floor, then go for it. It will look great just as great as it is now. Peace always!
Well said. People just need to focus on their own shit. Thanks for coming to watch.
Yeah the being mistaken for a girl thing can be really awkward.. My hair currently looks like Sabrina Spellman in the new series.. I wish I could post a side by side comparison 😂
Hahah aww! Post it in the FB group. That will get a good laugh I reckon :)
@@thomasinaction What's sad is hers looks better than mine.. My ends looks dreadful but it kills me to imagine losing length before I'm happy with the length
Finally, someone who doesn't have a damn undercut!
Omg never cut ur hair .. Ur hair is so perfect .. Great vedeo
I won't :) not for a long time anyway. Thanks for the support on the content. Big love
@@thomasinaction 💕💕
It is actually hillarious XD
Guys if your hair is curly DO NOT brush it out or straighten it
When I had long hair, those little fuckers always broke when I was tying because my hair is so thick
Totally man!
Hahaha, how many did you relate to?
I shaved my head September 2016 and have been growing it out ever since, my hair is just about your length now but doesn't look hardly as nice :( the last trim I had was in July of 2018 should I go in for another??
Go for a tri, yes. Shave it again, no! It's too much hard work to just cut haha
