found this TRD Pro steering wheel on ebay for just under $600 shipped. I was unable to find the exact part number for one, but I believe they sell for just over $1200 brand new. Make sure to check eBay for a deal! I see one right now for about the same price I paid.

To get to the lower spring you can remove the lower cover from the back side of the steering wheel

Where would you make the marks so you don’t lose center? On the black plastic flat area?

Your truck had the heated steering wheel button but your old wheel wasnt heated?

Sorry for any confusion. Mine came with a factory heated steering wheel and the new TRD pro wheel is also heated. I did not have to get the button. However from my research, people were stating you simply needed the button and a heated steering wheel to retrofit the feature. I guess it's prewired but I cannot verify that.

Counter clockwise to loosen. It’s tight.
