Hi Nina! This is a great workout, thank you very much!! I would like to know how should I stand if I can't spread my legs that wide and my knees are pointing inwards therefore causing them to hurt. What should I do in this kind of leg situation?
I will do this everyday for how long it would be needed.I will try to upgrade everyday.😀 Inner thigh:51 cm Outer thigh:37 cm Goal:inner-47 cm|upper-33cm Day 1:✅felt so much burn Day 2:✅same as day 1 Day 3:❌was on trip Day 4:❌trip Day 5:❌trip Day 6:✅Did twice and one time the 10 min standing(because i was on trip and I wasn’t doing it) Day 7:✅ Day 8:✅ Day 9:✅did twice Sorry I wasn’t doing it I forgot to write it in here but…I been doing this for cca-4 weeks everyday andddd…my thighs are 100000%smaller I’m soooo happy❤Thank you Nina.And I will do this 6 min leg workout for more time it’s super short but effective❤❤I will be backkkk❤❤ Love you guys ❤and also I been doing other exercises on legs and I had inner 55 cm and outer 40 cm but I want to be more skinny.❤
i’ve been doing her exercises for abt 20 days and i noticed that my legs have slimmed down so much and i went from 18.5 inches to 17.5 in abt 17-20 ish days so i think consistency is the most important part😁 i think i maybe skipped one day and that’s all
The workout itself seems okay, not sure if I want to get the same body as the girl on the video though... guess it's only for models, some moments are legit scary
