@@Katana-Karl Hi Karl, all I do is fill a pot about half way with water, let it come to a simmer, then crack each egg individually and let the egg drop into the simmering water (while that’s going on, I get the toast going). After about a minute, (don’t leave them in the water too long, and be gentle with them) I scoop the eggs out one by one with a slotted spoon, and put on top on the buttered toast. I’m sure there’s many other ways, but that’s how I’ve always done it. Have a blessed 4th my friend!
