      @@TERRELL_GASKINS that use to happen to me ive injured my wrists right now im trying to heal, injured by a fall from a high place anyways you need to warm up your wrists before doing handstands like 360° degrees rotations left and right on each wrist at least 10 times not too fast that should warm them up before doing handstands.

    I mostly feel it when I push on a door or hold my body in the position of a push up. That’s the only time I feel the pain.

    My wrist hurt for a week from carpentry and I just did these exercises , now my pain is gone!

      Mariela Mundo where exactly is the pain for you. For me I can’t even do push ups because when I apply pressure I feel it hurt
      Idk if it’s a bone in the wrist

      TMONEY official I wasn’t sure exactly what it was, it felt like a nerve or bone when I also added pressure for push ups. One time it became so swollen I couldn’t even move my fingers. The whole pain lasted about a week, it’s been almost 2 weeks now that I can finally start adding pressure again.

    I get recurring pain on the ulnar side of both my wrists from time to time. Completely ruins my day every time I wake up with that pain. I tried this exercise and it really helps. I felt instant relief after doing this. Still taking it slow and avoiding putting any pressure on my wrists though. Will keep doing this.

    This. Is. Fantastic. I’ve spent countless hours researching different stretches for my ulnar side wrist pain. This exercise (first one pinching fingers together) made my wrist immediately feel better. TY!

    Nice vid thanks! Feedback: it took you 2 mins to get to the point. Cut the intro to 20 secs max, then start your content or else you will loose your audience.

    guys can you help me I don't understand what kind of wrist pain I have. So look whenever I do pushups I do them with a box hand instead of putting my full hand on the floor . I can't do it because the pain is so big that I can't even lift my body with it. The other is that I can't even bend my hand straight. And whenever I do kick boxing when someone hits on my hand it hurts and it goes numb for some seconds I need help

    Dr Vegher, Thank you for the video and exercises, the pain is coming from the Ulna bone, it hurts like hell even when I try these movements you have shown us.
    I am 80 years old and not left handed, so could it be some kind of arthritis starting in that bone, or is it something more serious?

    I am having left wrist pain when I do push-ups or bending is involved maybe upwards or downwards.. Doing bench presses or pushing with my hand.. Pl help I am having this problem from 2015.. Pl I have consulted doctors and they have done a short operation something is relief but not 100 percent pain is there.. When bending and pushing is involved..     My wrist recently started to click repeatedly, also feel numbness every now and then, also sting whenever I try to apply pressure on it ( like getting up from bed, opening doors, stretching )
    I'm an artist and my wrist have been annoying me for the past week- this relief a bit of pain and hopefully I could get back to my usual routine.

    I've had excruciating pain in my thumbs for at least two years, which has been diagnosed as arthritis. Treatment has included numerous cortisone injections, which provide short-lived relief to the constant pain, and I am now facing surgery to remove a bone from e base of each thumb to relieve the problem.
    I watched the wrist pain video and ma the movements as I watched, and I already have less pain. I shall continue to do the exercises and see if it helps where nothing else has.

    Thank you. Woke up with irritated pain on the left side of my wrist three days ago. And it's getting worst this morning. I looked at some videos that could show me some ways to eliminate this pain, and I came across yours. Your first exercise I couldn't hardly do it. By the way does this help with wrist pain from punching with a loose wrist and bending it 90o aggressively?     Found you today, 2024. This seems to help all in what 5 minutes. The 1st one started hurting but with your careful explanation and demonstration I fixed what I was doing incorrectly and that solved pain with the movement. (!) Guess I must learn firsthand.     Hi ! i hope you are doing well. I injured my 2 wrists while boxing and did some physiotherapy. I did after all a control ultrasound and everything was perfect as the doctor said. But every time i go back to the gym i feel pain my tendons no matter what exercice i do (skipping rope, back exercises..) and the day after the pain comes back. So it's like a cycle. Do you have any advice ?

    I injured my hand around 7 weeks ago whilst doing my stretcher work. My right wrist is still sore, though I do have pretty good movement, but only after a couple hours after getting out of bed. I keep it supported in a wrist support glove, which is elastic & and has unrestricted finger operation. I know I've got a TFCC injury because of the pain & is to the outside of my wrist / arm where the little finger is. I've reported this, do mild exercises & can only use paracetamol. My concern is my hand is swollen in the mornings, whichbwears off by midday though I only wear a support bandage at night. Ive to wait anotherv6 weeks for an x--ray then consultantion in the UK. Pain is obvious in the mornings, but it is plain that's its TFCC & not broken! Any ideas on how to work my wrist better as I do exercise, but cannot push up? Thanks for the info. 😊

    Hey thanks alot i recently been diagnosed with tendonitis in my left wrist and im a guitar player before i went to the doctor i was worried i would never be able to play guitar with the help of my wrist brace and your exercises i can finally play my guitar with out being in excruciating pain thanks man for helping me to continue to rock out and annoy my girlfriend with my guitar lol😂😂😜🤘

    I have injury in my right hand wrist..it's minor but not fractured.
    Palm is moving up and down 90% but not left to right properly. There is pain when I do movement left to right.

    Thank you so much I found this video by typing in, 'how do you wrape KT tape on wrist'. 😊 Im a night grocery stocker, and my right wrist was hurting and fingers where a tiny bit tingling. But I did those stretches, and it took some of the pain away. And after doing these stretches, I dont feel the tingle in my fingers. Yah 👍 im glad I seen this video. Have a great day

    When doing bicep curls, do we curl our wrists inward or are they kept neutral? I seem to develop wrist pain on bottom wrist and it's really from that. I range between 5 - 8 pd with the majority of the pain induced after lifting the 8pds.

    I loose strength in my wrists' all the time, occurs occasionally. Believe its from years of weight lifting. I love physical labour, try to lift and carry as much as I can. After years of u sing my wrists I may have lost strength. What exercises do you suggest?

    Hi Dr. Vegher. I loved the video. I tried the exercises while I was watching. Too soon to tell if its working yet. I tried clicking on your link for the free Healthy Wrist and Hand guide and it says the link was cancelled. I would like to get a copy of this so could you please tell me how to get it from you. I have Tendinitis & Arthritis in my right hand and Rheumatoid Arthritis that comes and goes as flare ups. Now left hand is starting to get sore too. (I'm definitely a righty) Diagnosed 1996 and have worn a wrist hand for years, have gone to Chiropractor's and gotten cortisone shots and they work for awhile but not so much now. I also have Arthritis in my lower back and have pain shooting down my leg (Sciatic Nerve Pain) when my back goes out. Do you also have exercises for Back Pain?

    My ulnar pain is very bad. Im a dress designer by profession. I work with very concise wrist and hold heavy irons and cutters. Can i try these?

    When these videos say "fix", please be aware that they mean temporary pain relief. Possibly. Maybe. Ain't no way doing something like this will fix inflamed parts inside your wrist. That makes zero sense, but it doesn't sound good in a RUclips-video title, so they say "fix" to get your clicks. More than likely, when you get a problem like this, it's something that you will have to deal with and manage until the day you die.

    Hello Dr. I'm suffering from severe wrist pain that to my right hand
    It's something in my wrist joint some kind of vein problem it seems
    I'm under going treatment
    This pain is disturbing me a lot in my daily routine life
