And eat brown rice or basmati rice or black rice instead of white pasty rice. Eat chickpea pasta or lentils pasta or other substitutes for white pasty pasta. Eat yellow Yukon gold potatoes instead of starchy white potatoes. Or eat red potatoes. Less carb laden. Or eat mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. Tastes so good and delicious.....🌞😁🙂

The problem with the rice is all the Arsenic.
U hv 2 run it thru water multiple x's and then soak over nite, boil the heck out of it b4 consumption.Still,This process does not remove All the Arsenic.🙃🔥😿
Flowers & plants seem 2 ❤ Arsenic water as a fertilizer.

I know that rice has a lot of arsenic in it.
But what always amazes me is how older people in Asian countries that eat raise three times a day don’t seem to be impacted by the arsenic in rice. Actually our stickers and everything. I want to did a hair analysis thinking I was going to see a lot of mercury. My hematologist was in shock! He said your arsenic is so high you should be dead.! Yikes! Lately I don’t eat rice. Haven’t eaten rice in a long time almost never. But it’s an everything arsenic and everything.
I guess what we need to do is find out how we can remove it from our body to keep it from building up. That’s another video.

@bondjane007 I just read American rice has highest arsenic compared to Indian rice. There are some helpful articles online about parboiled it then use new water to cook. Indians and Pakistani will cook rice to 70-80% then add to chicken or lamb briyani and continue steaming it till fluffy. Cilantro, lemon, seems to helpful to reduce arsenic poisoning (the Briyani recipe uses a lot of these).

I ACCIDENTALLY discovered this, some years ago when I refrigerated a leftover pasta dish... but, I had no idea this was a THING!
All I know (as a diabetic)is that my blood sugar levels were LOWER, after eating REFRIGERATED higher carb foods... so I've been doing that ever since! This dietary hack has WORKED for me... though I never knew WHY or HOW till now! Thanks Doc!! ❤
My A1c labs are at a more normal level.... & I am in "excellent control" and "in some kind of REMISSION" as per my flabbergasted Endo doc, at my last followup visit!
WHY don't endocrinologists and other diabetes educators TELL patients about this? In fact, my Endo doc NEVER MENTIONS FOOD, unless my potassium levels are low... then she tells me to eat more broccoli! Lol!!
