    Those guys with the jetpack that explode have caused me so many lives!
    I recommend using melee if they get that close, they won’t detonate from melee attacks.
    Laser cannon is effective against everything in the automaton side…except those long legged enemies… I run scorcher for those guys specifically, and then I laser cannon everything else xD

      Yeah seriously screw the jetpack guys. The fact that they get up close and do a bunch of damage when they die is one of the most obnoxious things in the game.

      Actually they will detonate from melee hits, you just need to hit them in the jetpack

      You can take on the Scout Striders by lasering a bit lower on their shield. That area is medium armor, which the laser cannon can penetrate

      Grenade pistol kills the lil chicken walkers pretty easy if you shoot them in the legs.
      That or an eruptor + lasercannon is an amazing loadout that works on EVERYTHING bot related. Bring stun grenades and you can basically neutralize hulks without a threat.
      Your biggest threat becomes just being overwhelmed by sheer numbers, cause even factory striders are EZ once your lasercannon their little mini guns down.

    It’s weird, you can kill a hulk/tank faster than a strider with the laser cannon. It’s basically anti-weakspot but weirdly slow at killing light units

      Probabtly cause this has more sustained damage, while the auto and ARM focus on burst

      Land headshots and it's almost instant on light units. It's just picky.

      Scythe is able of swiping bots heads of. Laser cannon can also do that, but better. Everything bots you aim for the quick headshot. Bots mostly line up so you can just swipe from left to right and beam the heads off

      Yeah that's why I bring it exclusively for Hulks/Tanks/Towers/Objectives/Gunships. So my primary has to deal with everything else. Eruptor is a solid pair for it, and Redeemer for bots that get in your face, like those Jumppack bots.

    I love the new grenade pistol. You actually get to use specialist grenades without loosing your base destruction capability.

      yea for bugs. for bots i always bring AC so that takes care of fabs and i can keep my redeemer for the basic bots (plus saving my scorcher ammo)

      Same. Grenade Pistol opens up some sweet options.
      On lower level bots, I use the Thermite Grenade only for the sparkles at the end of the round. Throw it on the pelican at the end and you basically get a sparkly Pelican extract lol.
      Higher level, I honestly still usually run Impacts, but Stuns have saved me quite a few times.

      Did they fix the grenade pistol so it can destroy bug holes/bot factories? I quit using it because I couldn't and only resupplied 2 grenades from one ammo box.

    The laser cannon is all about versatility. It gets the job done in most situations but doesn't do anything amazing. Except gunships. It is probably the best weapon for gunships. The main issue, however, is its unforgiving demand for accuracy. You can not use this thing effectively while moving. Needs some sort of aim assist to help keep the beam on target or at least a damage buff. Weapons that use heat should have a toggle to increase damage but at the cost of heat build-up.

      ​@OhDough kinda feel the same way about the scythe. That one if they keep the dps low it needs longer uptime and a faster cooldown than the sickle to give it an over all higher damage potential than the sickle which just has better damage and dps over all right now.

      It's also one of the best against factory striders, and because it also deals with single enemy fodder well, pairs exceedingly well with eruptor.
      (but seriously though, the main reason I use laser cannon is because I just dislike gunships that much)

      Sickle is 2,2x TIMES more dps than Scythe while being almost exact copies of each other. Oh no, one is a constant beam, what a gamechanger😂
      Sickle doesn't have recoil too + has a good sight.
      There is no excuse for Scythe to be that low. No "uptime", "cooldown" mental gymnastics will do.
      It's bad and needs a great buff.

      @LaserTractor you miss reading? Yes it needs a buff that's what I was saying. Sickle has both higher dps and a higher amount of damage per magazine.
      The scythe should at the very minimum be able to get more overal damage out over time.

    The key thing you're missing is stun grenades; hulks become a non-issue with those equipped, and you don't need thermite for tank turrets with laser cannon. Trust me, laser cannon gets much better with stuns, I'd love to see you try it! Also, the dominator is much better than the laser for zerkers, and will two shot in the head iirc. Also, while the ammo economy of the grenade pistol isn't great, it's good enough to deal with any chicken walkers you can't run behind and shoot. With all that you can deal with anything in my exp

    Better scopes would make LC, RG, and Scythe SO MUCH BETTER. Every gun having Sickle scope as an option would be amazing in general, but those 3 are probably the candidates that need it most.

    I have a few tips for you about using the laser. First crouch when you shoot, it’s extremely accurate that way. Second bring the scorcher for walkers, they’re one of the only things it’s bad against. Third bring stuns for hulks and grenade pistol for fabricators. Fourth use the shield backpack since you need time on target without flinch.

      You can also use the Eruptor in place of the Scorcher and Grenade Pistol then bring the Redeemer for those cqc situations.

    Tanks and cannon turrets go down surprisingly fast when shot in their weak spot with the laser cannon, and their side armor toward their back corners can take good hits if you're missing one last shot on their weak spot. I remember from a few patch notes ago when the devs were talking about their philosophy for the laser cannon that it was an "infinite ammo machine gun". I personally use a primary or CC stratagem for the small automatons and bring out the laser cannon for the devastators, hulks, tanks/turrets, and striders (If I'm not using the scorcher). Plus sometimes with the striders if I'm close enough I'll bait a volley and run behind them to pop the driver, even rapidly zigzagging every millisecond toward the strider can dodge most or all of the shots (learned this in a desperate situation).

    I use it mostly on Devastators, Hulks, Cannon towers, Annihilator Tanks, and Gunships. Mostly bring it for when Gunships show up, but still deals well against everything else. I pair it Scorcher vs the stuff it can't take down quickly like standard bots, and Striders. It melts anything with a heatsink basically.
    Edit: Also instead of wasting ammo on shooting/clearing mines, using the Lazer Cannon literally saves you ammo, and it takes like no seconds to blow one up.

      I use it when I carry the Ballistic Shield. As you pointed out the grenade pistol let’s you use stun grenades which give the TTK on Hulks unless you melt their legs.

      Bro, Auto Cannon can't take out drop ships either, and it comes with a backpack slot, and it is a stratagem, but it is still an amazing choice.
      Different weapons handle different situations.

      Also MOST supports cannot reliably take down dropships. (there's literally only 3: EAT, recoilless rifle, and quasar)

    I would pair this up with the eruptor, treat las cannon as a primary and for long range sniping, eruptor for fabricators, striders, berserkers, and heavy devastators. and since you have the eruptor you can swap out grenades for stuns to help kill hulks or a horde of devastators and bring a redeemer in case a berserker or other melee bots gets too close.

      Or treat eruptor as primary and laser cannon as the backup, since eruptor kills regular units in 1 hit rather than the second it takes for laser cannon.

      Rather use eruptor as the main cause you can one tap devvies if you hit their waist with the bullet. Rips their bodies in two, with one bullet. Clears basically all bot drops if you shoot the belly of the ship, and clears several chaff if you hit the ground or center unit. Cleans marauders in one to two taps too using the same devvie strat

      ​@@undertaker2766theoretically you could use the Laser cannon when they get close, laser cannon for when there's many enemies spread out so you can swap targets quickly without reload, erupter for single targets or grouped, or armored enemies. Grenade pistol as well since you can just laser what gets close

    The best way to run laser cannon is with a shield gen so you don’t get aim punched, scorcher for factory striders they have an ungodly amount of hp, and stun grenades to set up easy melts on devastors and hulks

    If you leave the extract area right as the shuttle comes in, it turns into a mobile turret. The instant anyone re-enters the area, it lands.

    Laser Cannon has grown to be my favorite support weapon for bot missions, many players underestimate it's range, which exceeds that of AMR and is basically only limited to your vision.
    It can take out pretty much everything except fabricators, which isn't that big of a deal.
    My only wish for it to have less sway while moving, so it get easier to track enemy weakspots while strafing and peeking.

      Well that is not exactly true. I tried to kill a turret from far away but it did nothing (the turret did not turned to me either so it did not reach it). Just 10 meter closer than the first try I could kill that turret easily so it has some maximum distance.

      @@neoteraflare of course, what I meant is usually maps don't have such large open areas and anything you could reliably catch into scope is a valid target. I sniped gunships with LC literally accross half the map, but couldn't tickle them from the opposite side.
      Most people use it in mid/close range, where it looses to other support weapons.

    The problem with the laser is that it does damage in dmg/sec, which means you need 1 second minimum of continuous fire to kill even the weakest of the enemies, thats why it goes well to kill slow enemies (tanks, stunned hulks, stationary objectives). It seems all laser weapons work like that, a solution I think would make those weapons better is reducing the time it takes to deal one instance of damage, the damage per second could be changed to something between damage to per 0.5 - 0.9 seconds. Great video as always!

      100% agree, if they did damage every frame instead of every half second or so it is we would see much better results. especially when every body part has its own hp pool instead of a shared health pool with varying modifiers to what you hit

      Untrue, just passing on the weakest terminid kills it instantly, therefore the tickrate isnt each second, but rather a much smaller value

      it is though. there's a small rectangle around the stratagem where it's safe. then every salvo is another, larger, rectangle around the safe zone.

    I think it’s actually pretty good vs bots if you run stun grenades and a shield. A stunned hulk goes down in 3 seconds. Sometimes a single stun can give me time to down a series of devastators. I also think the shield pack is nearly required because it allows you to aim. It’s not perfect or OP, but the cannon feels to me like a very versatile and fun weapon.

    They need to rework the laser cannon so it does ramping damage and penetration over time based on how long you are beaming the same spot. That would give it a good niche to fill because other weapons do its job better in its current state. I can Imagine beaming down factory striders, fabricators, and bile titans with the reworked versions being really fun.

    I use the laser on bugs. Only use AMR on bots.
    Taking a jetpack, scythe, laser and playing "overwatch" while my buddies run around his hilarious. All the bugs pool at the bottom of the rock. I just hold mouse 1 and swap between the two.
    If they are getting chased, laser can reach anything you can see across the map. So much fun playing overwatch sniper with the laser/jump pack.

    for the SEAF artillery rounds, it helps to be walking slightly ahead of the shells if you want to throw them in a certain direction (i.e., the direction you're facing / walking)

    Gotta shoot the Striders on the top part at the middle of the base, right under where it meets the shield to kill them quickly. It's still not ideal because you gotta hit it there for like 2-3s which is not really possible in high difficulties.
    Still like to run it tho in a team, definitely not solo imo

      It needs to be paired with a primary that can quickly clear the striders, like the scorcher. It's the most annoying enemy bot for the laser cannon to deal with, honestly.

      @@thelegendaryklobb2879 ye, Striders are like most annoying thing to deal with if you don't have any explosives on hand (even AMR wastes it's ammo fast)
      they "technically" have weakspot from front that Medium Pen Primaries can exploit, but even with Jarminator its more hassle than it's worth.

    Against Rocket Devastators, you can either snipe out the head for a kill, or if you're being overwhelmed, you can aim for the larger rocket packs to disarm them.

    You can discover POI by hovering over the map but I only tried it when map was a more zoomed in, not sure if it works on full view. I used to do it to check if that white rock on the map is holding purple samples or not.
    And if you click just in the middle of outposts you can see if it has AA or mortar emplacements in it as well. I use it to check area if I see some recognizable shapes on the map and want to check if it has objective there or not.

    For bugs i like doing sickle, laser cannon and often the laser rover just to go full laser. Bring 500kgs and orbital railcannon for the heavy armour. You can switch between primary and support weapon and often the cooldown is enough to have permanent sustained fire, especially on cold planets. The rover helps with a few small things that get close but shield backpack might be better

    33:20 Indeed i like experimenting with unlikely combos, for instance the Tesla tower and flame thrower is insane crowd control on bugs. I beat a couple helldive missions using this.

    I was disappointed with the Canon Laser, not because of its features but because it did not have Hitmarkers and a decent scope sight.

    For bots I tend to run extra grenade armor with stuns while using laser cannon. Then I can stun hulks and laser him down super quick whether it's the face plate or the heat sink. Stuns also help stop groups of chainsaw McGees so I can kill them without getting charged at. My general all purpose load out is as stated above, also includes the scorcher primary and grenade pistol secondary. Grenade pistol in case my stratagems are on cool down for fabricators or my team isn't around. Scorcher because it's a good weapon but specifically it takes out striders faster than the laser.

      but auto cannon is easier, I can hit stun enemies so they don't shoot me and kill them faster. It's also way harder to land a continuous beam on hulks with laser vs 2 shots with auto cannon.

      @@OhDough Playing with both. Laser Cannon is great for long range flanking and steady sniping of devastators and killing the smaller ones quickly. Auto-cannon is way better for its ability to stun and dish out splash damage. Both down gunships without issue. They both need to hit heatsinks for tanks. Honestly, Erupter, SMG, and Quasar covers all the bases for bots.

      Disagree. Laser cannon gets your backpack slot freed and potentially infinite ammo; that's it. Imo it's a pain to use compared to auto cannon. The beam obscures vision making it hard to target weak points at distance (crappy optic isn't helping either) and the delay + ttk makes it so you can't easily deal with enemies running up on you. Plus auto cannon can destroy fabs so you're losing that ability too.
      Edit: For clarification I don't think laser cannon is bad. It's just not that simple to compare to auto cannon. They fill different niches.

    Stun grenades are essential with the Laser Cannon. Ballistic shield is also good so you can clean out the trash then focus beam on big stuff. Grenade pistol can be used in a pinch for tougher situations and to destroy fabricators.

      Ballistic shield would be so good without the overwhelming amount of rocket devastators. They make it all but useless, and lately I've been running into waves of them on Helldive.

      @@Legendary_Honey I’ve been lucky so far and only faced the Heavy version swarms which makes it shine until that one little bastard punks me with a rocket LOL. I see a bunch of Rocket spammers and I either air strike them or smoke them to get a better vantage. But there’s always that one across the map bastard it seems.

    I can solo hell dive but usually stick on 7 or 8 for more fun. I love the laser cannon and do think it's great. In a party where someone else can shore up its shortcomings. I find it very accurate with short ttk on devestators and below and it takes hulk's out with decent speed providing you arent flinching. But solo it relies on you standing still WAY too much

    So about hovering over POI to find them, it only works if in current game session you completed radar tower that uncovers POIs across the map. After doing it at least once on subsequent missions you can hover over map and find them until you close the game.

    I'm not really a solo player but on quickplay bots, I like running light grenadier armor, Eruptor, Redeemer, and stun grenades with laser cannon, other stratagems your choice. I generally play it as sniper support/overwatch, keeping distance and flanking/repositioning for shot advantage paired with stealth when necessary as I wouldn't really consider it a gung-ho, super-aggressive build. Eruptor for chaff at range, striders (top-half of front plate one-shot, can also take out multiple at once with a well-placed shot), devastators (generally go for leg or arm shots to kill or disable), and fabricators (can hit it from far away with the right positioning and gtfo with minimal interference), also good to shoot the underbelly of dropships for easy kills. Redeemer for mobs that get too close like melee bots but typically will want to use the Eruptor or laser canon at range to pick them off before they get to you. Laser cannon for gunships, hulks (ideally stun them then shoot eye), mortars/AA emplacements, tank turret towers, tanks, and factory striders, though will probably have to settle for stratagems if in a disadvantageous position.
    I wouldn't really consider the laser cannon "amazing" but rather just "pretty good" because you need to make up for its weaknesses with a well-rounded build; despite it being fairly versitile, it's not the end-all-be-all. Agree that I would like it to have a larger heat sink and less bobbing (with flavor text acknowledging they took inspiration of one of humanity's greatest friends: the common chicken) but that might be something for a research tree instead of a patch notes buff. Also, I guess I'm also one of the few who likes using it in first person for more precise beaming because I feel like it's actually very easy to "miss" with it because it is so precise. Overall, 10/10 yap session btw.

    I love the laser cannon for bots. It's a great utility weapon. I only grab it if every one else has already grabbed quasar/auto cannon. Can't tell you how many times I've joined games late and clean up gunships with the laser cannon because the objective was abandoned.
    You can shoot hulks legs off from far away with it so they can't follow you.
    Turrets and tanks get wrecked in the weakspot. Heavy and rocket devastators are really easy to disarm with it.
    It's not gonna rack up the kills and I wouldn't take it solo. But it helps team chemistry a lot. I probably wouldn't have more than 1 in a squad tho

    Laser cannon is my favorite support weapon, but I agree that it needs a bit of a buff to put it on par with things like the AMR, Autocannon, Quasar, etc.

    Laser cannon is a fine weapon but it becomes great once you pair it with stun nade. Put on a supply pack to get more stun nade if you want. Crouch shoot to reduce sway. aim for the head. That's all to it for laser cannon.

    Use stun grenades with the LC. You hit the hulk and then instagib them in the eyeball. You also saw how fast they take down the air units too, which comes in clutch when you get a team that gets stuck on them because they have 6 drops called while placing the hellbomb.
    Stun grenades also stop the W problem.

    I think you need Eruptor and Stun grenades to get the most out of the Laser Canon.
    Eruptor takes care of medium bots easily and Laser Cannon is specialized in killing heavies. It's amazing how fast it kills Hulks, Gunships and shit when you go for weakpoints.
    With the alternate use of Eruptor and Laser Canon, it makes the uptime high, with almost no need to stop and reload, it's possible to flick out any of the weapon depending on the bot in front and kill it.
    Solid solo carry in my experience

    I have seen that it is extremely effective to use the laser cannon on the limbs of tricky Automaton enemies, including Devastators and Hulks. You are going for the tiny red eye, which can work, but it's faster to cut their arms or legs off.

      its not faster, unless you are missing the head a lot. you can say its a bit more consistent but its better to practice aiming for the head cause you'll eventually get the hang of it. other parts take way longer to break and only should be targeted if you literally cant aim for head

    I love the laser cannon but it's definitely like C or low B tier on bots It does a few things great (airships, vents, destructible obj's) but overall there are support weapons that bring better value to the Solo diver.
    If I could change it idk what I'd do mechanically but I would CERTAINLY make it so bots glow red with heat the longer you shoot them. And maybe when they glow red their armor counts as a few steps weaker so your primpary or your friends can do more damage.

      the sway should be lowered while moving around, the damage is actually pretty good when its on target but killing devastators while moving makes me strangle my mouse.

    IMO EVERY negative seen from orbit should have an associated on-map sub-objective that you can defeat to flip the script (even if it's 2-3 linked objectives) and you get a boost instead

    Buff the scope, remove that absurd spinning crosshair, buff the DPS, and give it better handling. Then it will be worth using.

    i've been running laser cannon, scorcher, shield backpack, stun nades vs bots lately. works really well - scorcher for striders and trash, laser cannon + stun nade for biggers boys and hit them in the eye. but i do group play so a whole different experience than solo helldive

    I learned that atacking the front armor of a scout strider with the laser cannon can kill the driver, I learned it from a starter friend, he brought the laser cannon and was testing things out.

    Using it for everything is like using a hammer to screw a screw. It’s for gunships, hulk heads, tank vents, tower vents, shrieker nests basically u have to have good aim for weakspots.

    The laser cannon was my go to for bots before the quasar hit. Then the bots got gunships and AT-ATs. Now it's Eruptor + Laser cannon with stun grenades for me and I have full coverage.

    I've been swearing on the Lasercannon to all my level 60+ buddies, it's an insanely good weapon since its buff. You can take on EVERYTHING except tanks from the front just about, and for tanks all you need to do is reposition or climb atop them.
    Rock an eruptor/crossbow or the grenade pistol, and then stun grenades and you can single handedly kill everything the bots have in their arsenal.

    AND
    The lasercannon is an AMAZING anti-air weapon, for chaff you should aim for the head and it insta headpops. The main weakness it has is weapon sway, but if you get used to crouching before firing, OR rocking an engineering kit it'll be pretty manageable.

      each of the three AP4 support weapons (Railgun/HMG don't count until they fix them) has their strengths and weaknesses, in case of Las Cannon it's lack of stagger and slower TTK (can be mitigated with good aim) are things that hold it back, on other hand it's amazing precision weapon that can be easily walked on enemy weakspots and can preform role of a MG against light bots.
      ofc against bugs its whole another story, but against them other weapons become more viable.

    i usually bring this for bugs in general but the shrieker nest and spore towers without having to commit ammo into them. Laser also eats up charger butts. Its just another stratagem weapon that you cant solo with.

      we must have different games, I wouldn't describe lc as "eating up charger butts" it takes more than one stun's length of time to get enough time to pop it. unless you stun it when its already not facing you. also i swear they shadow nerfed LC or buffed acid sprayers health cause i remember LC killing them pretty quickly aiming for the head, now it takes almost twice as long it feels like, not including the tokyo drifting they do getting to you.
      maybe lc used to do better on charger and now its weaker and why im seeing worse results on chargers butt and acid sprayers now. but i could be misremembering

      Yeah. It's both them and the Shield Devastators - Sometimes they just stand there, other times they move way faster than anything that clunky has any business moving.
      But honestly, the most offensive thing about them is their turn rate. Somehow, you can't circle around them even if you're sprinting in light armor. It's especially bad with the Shield Devastators, because even if you spin them by running counterclockwise, so their shield is between you and their gun, they will just straight up perfectly track you and shoot you through the shield.

    the laser cannon IS amazing.
    she just needs a little finance. you need to know where to fire it as it has medium penetration. for example the legs/joints/hips of the strider as the main body is heavy armor. LC also wastes hulks/turrets n other tricks too.

    Laser cannon kind of needs stuns to make killing hulks not a pain in the ass. It also needs another weapon to kill striders. However, it’s still very strong to have in the squad line up still for long range tower/tank/mortar/aa/gunship kills. Just always aim to hit a weak spot’s HP bar and it’ll sing even vs devastators and regular infantry.

    Always wondered why we got a Quasar Cannon. They should have just given the functionality of that to the Laser Cannon we already had, made it a secondary fire mode that used up 1 heatsink but required the heatsink to be out of the red to fire. Same thing with the Scythe and the Sickle, they should've just given the Scythe 2 firing modes, 1 mode does more damage and overheats slower but has more recoil while the other has higher armor pen, zero recoil but overheats faster. So you could use the beam mode to target weak spots and bullet mode for the chaff. Personally, I think the Scythe has a way better design than the Sickle.

    I know you know this, but be sure to go prone while using the laser cannon. It helps a lot.
    Jump pack troopers: Shoot the leg when they get up close.
    Take stun grenades for the hulks.

    One kind of underrated advantage the laser cannon has is its range and accuracy. Actually need the sightlines/clear weather to make use of it though. And yeah, you're trading damage for usability for sure. It's oddly crap at cutting through fodder, and slower at killing heavies, too.

      it doesn't have DPS to go through Bug Fodder, through it will deal with Light bots rather fast (especially if you get on their heads).
      one thing to remember is that Beam weapons have like ~0.5s delay before dealing damage after you pull the trigger.

    the laser cannon is good, but for devastators, hulks, tank towers, gunships and turrets.
    The only enemy it cannot reliably kill is the strider but you have the scorcher for that.

    When using the laser cannon I tend to use it only with a keyboard and mouse. The controller makes it much more difficult to aim for me. Maybe I need to make some controller adjustments. But it seems a mouse is always more accurate for shooting.

    I think if you are gonna run laser cannon stun grenades are much better, stun hulks and heavies they become fodder, sure thermite can drop cannon towers and tanks but laser cannon does it just as fast imo with the added bonus that stun grenades are universally a better option as is and primary deals with chaff

    laser really relies on stun grenades for hulks because their head moves around so much. Its not the autocannon but it allows you to run shield pack and it actually kills tanks/turrets in a reasonable amount of time unlike the railgun so I'd give it a B+ to AMRs A and autocannons S.

    Laser beam weps in general needs a buff (minus the guard rover). The scythe needs to be 600DPS, handgun 300 DPS, over the shoulder cannon 850DPS.
    There's bullet based weps that have waaaaay higher DPS, which is why people use those over lasers. If lasers were 70% of the DPS as these weps then we'd see people use em more.

    The weapon is pretty good and fun imo, but you need to go for headshots with it everytime, even on the small ones. If you hit the head of the small bots, they die almost instantly, so it's worth it even if you miss initially.
    The only weakness of the laser canon is dealing with striders and berserkers, so bring a plas scorcher as your primary to make short work of them.
    Also, unless you've got god tier aiming, try the stun grenades and or the EMS strike, they pair very well with the laser cannon, letting you delete devastators with consistent headshot dmg and hulks without getting deleted yourself.

    I do agree, the shield is SUPER good, long as you can keep them from "pressin w on" you. Ever since factory striders, its lowkey my goto bringing that relay. But nah, laser cannon 100% is NOT it. Its good for anti air, annnnnd thats it imo. Doesnt do enough fast enough to be worth it. Plus i feel it has enhanced sway

    I have a tip for you. You don’t play medium and long range so you should run the pump shotgun. It kills the small bots in one shot close range. You don’t have to be accurate and it does a knock back effect on the larger bots. That gives you time to run away because they don’t shoot you when they get knocked back. Also you don’t lose ammo when you reload half way through the mag.

    I agree that it needs a buff. I tried to use it with an eruptor earlier tonight and it was fun but I was not as effective as other loadouts. I died and my team was unable to retrieve my samples during a hot extract with no time left. With an autocannon or quasar or even AMR I could've survived. It just does not do enough DPS.
