    Thank you for sharing. May I know, when you steam the chwee Kueh, are you using low heat or high heat?

    May i knw the size diameter of the SS bowls u used to steam the flour mixture to get 15pcs? Thanks

      65mm × 35mm × 26mm , I bought the moulds from our Local baking supplies store Redman , it said Chui kueh mould 2.5" , hope this helps 😊
