糯米糍 Glutinous Peanut Balls

    Ingredients for skin (皮料):
    300g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
    50g wheat starch (澄面粉)
    75g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    1 1/2 tbsp oil(油)
    450ml water(水)
    Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour into a greased steaming tray and steam over medium heat for 25 minuets.
    将全部材料搅拌均匀,倒入一个已抹上油的蒸盆中,用中火蒸约25分钟。
    Peanut filling(馅料):
    300g peanuts(花生)
    100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    1/4 tsp salt (盐)
    Flour for coating (沾粉):
    200g rice flour, fried for 20 minuets over medium heat.
    200g粘米粉以中火炒20分钟。
