  • Emotional eating is not easy to get treated or reduced, it is a part of our lives and must be taken step by step.
    We have created this weird connection, that whenever we feel depressed, sad, anxious or angry we deal by eating food. After many years this has become automatic.
    After a difficult day of work - eat. After a difficult interview/ exam - eat. Hearing a bad news or inability to lose weight/ lack of progress - eat.
    So this eating takes you to a different world with temporary comfort. This comfort comes with bloating, excess sleep, inability to focus, lethargy and anger. It also gives a guilt feeling of having bad food.
    The permanent problem on life is masked by a bigger problem caused to our body internally and externally.
    The stressful situations comes again, eat again and cycle continue.
    So understand the actual reason and treat it, then focus on the emotional eating techniques.
