There re so many things which made me realize about myself when Havovi mam was talking about burnout, resting, extremities of bad as well as good. Not very often many of us realize, it’s a journey to recognize what needs to be changed. When the realisation occurs, due to the gap between understanding of our real self and ideal self, acknowledging the need for change as well takes quite some journey to take that first or ask for help. Thank you mam for all the great insights on mental health.

As someone who's used therapy to grow, and someone who's experimented a lot from amongst the pallete of mental healthcare tools, I think she articulated every answer beautifully and accurately. Great episode to enhance the understanding of mental growth and mental care!
I was feeling low and when i opened youtube this episode literally popped up. It was almost like a therapy session and especially when the part about trauma came up I was almost in tears. I hope we will get to hear more about trauma and ways to deal with the grief, anxiety and depression associated with it in the upcoming episodes. Overall, loved the content and Loved your look
Wonderful podcast! Havovi is a wonderful, practical therapist and makes difficult things so easy to understand. Ranveer is an excellent host. I'm so happy this is being featured, it's great to see the focus on mental health along with debunking common myths about therapy. I hope to see more stuff like this!
Best thing of you is you are not limited to call only so called Bollywood Celebrities . You are making people aware of the ones they should apart from Actors and Singers
You really know to ask the questions and get what we want! I really appreciate that! Normally in most of the podcasts, the guest talks continuously may be for 50 minutes, and we barely get 2-3 points to follow. 😊
Loved this interview, Ranveer. As someone already battling mental health issues, I'd love to see more of such content, please. Keep up the good work, bro 👍🏻

Bro, just a suggestion, not feedback. Please avoid shouting in excitement while handling such a delicate issue, as many other listeners, like me, are listening to this in a trance manner and relating to it. and you shouting something loudly in a funny manner kind of breaks the vibes the speaker has created. If this podcast was with Ranveer Singh or similar then those vibes are totally a match, however, you plan to do such heavy topics more in the future hence just suggestions. Rest you doing an amazing job, always a pleasure listening to you!!! Much love brother ♥

It's true 30s are more intense...being in 30s as for now is horrible....surely it will change but for now not at all enjoying it Waiting for the sequel of this episode ❤❤ and talking about therapy it's expensive as well
Ranveer, you are very young and by doing at least one session on psychology every 6 to 8 sessions. That will be your pay back to society. People will bless you for educating them, bringing awareness.
Since u brought up the topic of Stress. Try cold showers or Ice bath. It has helped me a lot and I’m sure it will change your life too. These small stresses in life(like cold shower, intense exercise, intermittent fasting etc) is what helps you to deal with the bigger stressors in life. Trust me ice cold showers in the morning is not easy but that’s what will make u a stronger individual.
All the people who say that therapy is expensive are saying that they are not willing to spend some money on mental health when they’re okay with spending lakhs and lakhs together at hospitals for their physical health. And no, therapy cannot be looked at as a general check up because there’s so much more work it takes to sort out issues without any of those tablets that are usually prescribed for your physical health.
Also I request you Ranveer that please invite a qualified Matrimony expert who can amalgamate the subject psychology with marriage. I believe this will unfold a lot of information related to people's psychology before entering a marriage and the fears and insecurities related to it.

I have a life which looks good only on the outside, but i know my own struggles. I don’t know how to keep friends and what wrong i am doing. I always tell my clientes ... although we learn't step by step the knowledge in school on how to earn money, we have never been taught, how to live in life and how to make relationships work. Life Coach and therapy gives us tools and teaches us strategies on how to live an enhanced life, filled with peace, happiness and love.

There must be a person around all of us, who would not cause any harm to us if we share our weakness and vulnerability with that person. Even people living in a joint family in villages need that kind of person. The kind of role Lord Krishna played in Arjuna's life i.e knowing all the weakness of Arjuna, Lord Krishna gave him the best advice.
Thank you so much for this podcast 💖 I really hope that it would reach out to many many people more people out in the world. It is very helpful, knowledgeable and most needed right now . Thanks again 💕
Very useful podcast which helps to trained our mind to stop taking unnecessary burden and living with consiousness. We are chasing happiness to get merge to real shelf with our ideal shelf. Its a big lesson.. Thank you Ranveer and Havovi madam for this wonderful conversation😊..
Our government is sleeping in mental health awareness and validating psychology as an essential subject as well as creating recruitments in departments
I thought the conversation was excellent & connected to the present generation.I advice young folks & even adults see it, understand & apply.I thoroughly enjoyed the episode.Super,do salute u from the core of my heart.BRAVO.👊 I wish to further add that both the persons were just beautifully smart intelligent & their sense of expression & communication was far out.
Havovi you have brought out a lot of awareness around mental health and providers🙏🏻 In Indian society Priests are the go to for many people depending on their religion which can be harmful. Meditation is prescribed to serious mental health conditions which does not work until they are able to be brought to a point to incorporate it. I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in USA I also use psychedelic assisted psychotherapy in my treatment.
@1:02 burn out.. thats what exactly happened with me a month ago.. I wanted to perform at more higher level in short duration as my experienced colleague was going on maternity and i recently picked her work, plus have young kids, moving houses, emotional break downs happened.. i just wanted to sleep, was not able to concentrate on work(first time ever this concentration issue felt different than just being distracted with social media etc), i was feeling like crying anytime and didn't feel like socialising at all. I started seeing psychologists. Self analysis didnt work initially in that particular period of 6 7 days. But what i opted was breathing execrices, accepting that something weird is there and its ok, stretching, having morning sunlight. So much to share about my experience. But I pray whoever is going through this, breathe. God is with you and its happening for a reason, just trust and opt right possibilities out of it. Reasons could be just getting rid of some old habits, addition of new habits.. God is helping you through this pain for betterment. God bless you all.❤

I dont have friends. I am very good at making friends but the problem is they end up with jelousy, i dont know where am i wrong, what bad i do. I m a very down to earth person. I have a life which looks good only on the outside, but i know my own struggles.
I don’t know how to keep friends and what wrong i am doing.
If u can make more videos on “how to keep friendships or have better relation?” so please make!
Same! But i don't think so because of jealousy! Maybe a lack of understanding ...

Ma'am you have such beautiful and soothing voice. Wow!!

In Indian society Priests are the go to for many people depending on their religion which can be harmful.
Meditation is prescribed to serious mental health conditions which does not work until they are able to be brought to a point to incorporate it.
I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in USA
I also use psychedelic assisted psychotherapy in my treatment.
But
I pray whoever is going through this, breathe. God is with you and its happening for a reason, just trust and opt right possibilities out of it.
Reasons could be just getting rid of some old habits, addition of new habits.. God is helping you through this pain for betterment.
God bless you all.❤
