I workout from home , on my 6 th week , been following some great influencers but you are class apart. You maintain such a balanced pace , eliciting maximum muscle work and that too without pressurising for speed . The next up signal makes it so easy to follow the workout without missing the first few seconds thus maintaining the target heart rate. Your videos are a case study on how a workout video should be made . More power to u Heather , keep up the good work..!
I've been doing the short workouts for the past 8 weeks ... time constraints ... and I have to tell you I LOVE all the HR workouts ... short and long ... singles and series ... Thank you so much for all the work you and the HR team have put in to make HR the best program available...
I’ve been doing this one a few times a week before I lift. I was horrible at it at first. I’m still not perfect but today I noticed it was much easier! I’m so happy! I made some progress 😊
I love that the reps are short and sweet. You can give your best efforts, feel the burn and then rest briefly before the next exercise. I have a problem with the head set displayed during the exercises, though. I guess for certain exercises the entire spine flexes, so naturally the head follows. I don't know what i'm talking about, i admit. I'm a horse rider where its important for balance to have the chin up. I find when my head is in line with my spine, my neck feels better and i feel the core burn more intensely! Please comment. I'm interested in hearing thoughts. Overall, I love all of the videos.

I loved this work out I've recently trying hiit as now that I'm 2 years out of highschool I'm trying to get back to how fit I was. Have to admit I'm a little emberessed at how much this wore me out. 😅😅😅

How many hours a week total do you workout? I’m working full time and going to college, so I don’t have a lot of time which is why I love HIIT. However, I’ve been needing to lose some weight, but it’s like I’m at a standstill. I probably only do 1-1.5 of exercise a week 😕

This ab workout was amazing. I added weights around my ankles and used a dumbbell for the first exercise for the intensity!
