I appreciate that you blur people’s faces. So many RUclipsrs record their one-on-one interactions with strangers (even though they didn’t even agree to be recorded and seem uncomfortable being filmed) for millions of people to see. But you respect the privacy of people who are even just in the background, and I think that’s very nice of you.

i agree. i don't think people should be filmed or photographed without their consent or their identity should be concealed if they are in the shot without saying they are okay with it. that used to kind of be the way it was but lately everyone takes video of strangers for social media and it's more accepted :(. very nice to see the respectful blur here!

@@VictoriaTerekhina Honestly, when it's people just in the background it's not that bad and probably not necessary if you can't really make out their faces. I just thought it was a nice gesture.
What really sucks (which I've seen in other RUclipsrs' videos) it's when one can clearly see the stranger's face, sometimes even in a close-up, and they are clearly uncomfortable being filmed.
So, don't worry too much about it, I just thought it was a kind gesture of you ❤️

However there should be no expectation of privacy when out in public, in many countries you can't demand not to be recorded in those cases, but if the property is private you can. It's a nice courtesy if you blur their faces in public, not not required.

I fully do NOT agree. I find it beautiful that she finds her fulfillment in being a mother and in putting her family first - this is true, it is a delight! It is also nice to see people who are not set on owning rather on being. However - each human being can find their own purpose in life in different directions. For one person it will be family, for another it will be traveling, for yet another - helping the poor, etc. This does not dismiss the ones who are not family-oriented, and this does not mean that there is no hope in the world. ❤️

It's so true about the propaganda here in the UK. My son went to China to study for a year and had the most incredible time. He made the loveliest friends and the photos he shared were of such a modern and liberal culture with cutting edge architecture and awesome social media. So different to the way it is portrayed here. Even from within our country. After settling in Liverpool and it being the complete opposite of the way it is depicted in media, I have visited other downplayed cities here. There are so many amazing places outside of the often misrepresented South. I recommend Liverpool most of all but Lincoln, York and Lancaster are lovely (so far). The items are so much better too. I find designer/expensive items frequently for a fraction of the price. Just this week I found an Anthropologie monogram mug (with my initial) for $.50. It retails for $14. It's in brand new condition. I find Anthropologie items all the time!

Pro tip: only go to stores in wealthier areas. I live in a relatively wealthy area of the country but even still, there is a dramatic shift from one suburb to the next. Some are disgusting and some are super nice! I will drive an extra 15 minutes to a nicer area if it means superior inventory, bigger stores, and cleaner stuff! I find $200+ barely used dresses for $10 all the time. However, my friend lives in a normal middle class area with a large military population and she can't find anything good within an hour of her :( so it can vary a lot.

I think that your videos are a great way to “bridge the gap” between Russia and other countries. In America, we don’t know much about how people live in Russia, what the stores, public transportation or homes look like. It’s really nice to see and share your experiences.

I absolutely love your videos: they are so extremely interesting in their detail, and you are profoundly sincere - they are just a JOY and so are you and your family! Being able to learn about cultures other than one's own, is just CRUCIAL for us all, I think, in terms of peace, understanding, compassion and equality. Thank you so much for the hours you put in, for us all! With love from me in Scotland!

The clothes that you bought for Agatha are adorable. I'm sure that she will wear them a lot. Years ago I bought my granddaughter a similar animal print dress at a charity shop, but it had long sleeves. She looked so cute in it.

You were very close...It’s a “tape measure”. Your english is really, really good. I’m blown away by it. I started to learn Russian last year on Duolingo but I had to set it aside for a bit. It is so difficult and it was frying my brain, lol. I know how to translate a word from the Cyrillic alphabet to our’s and then use a translator to see what a word means in English but I want to learn the language. I read yesterday that Russian, Mandarin and Finnish are considered the hardest languages to learn. So I decided to learn Swedish instead and now that I’m almost done with Swedish I will probably go back to Russian with a feeling of accomplishment from finishing Swedish. I hate to leave something I’ve started undone. My neighbour and good friend is fluent in Russian so that should help a lot. :)

So happy to have found your channel . My Grandfather left Russia in 1917 and came to America . He only went back to his homeland one time in1967 . I enjoy your videos of normal life there . My friend and I go to Thrift Stores here in Florida all of the time . Especially in south Florida where the older , richer people leave their things . We furnished an entire house with things from Thrift shopping .
