I really appreciate your constant reminder of protecting the lower back throughout this workout. There are tons of workout videos out there but few instructors pay attention to this very important point so that people don't get hurt. The slow pace also makes it possible for me to pay attention to my postures. Thank you for the great class!
I absolutely love this workout, I’m starting to see some progress and I see myself getting abs too! Day 1: I did the whole set but it was difficult and I had to pause through some Day 2: I paused a little but I do feel my stomach harder and it’s really intense Day 3: I LOVE IT!! This really helps a lot and I see myself getting skinnier everyday! My stomach feels very intense and muscular!! Day 4: I only paused a little bit but now I see that everyday I can feel more slimmer/slimmer!! I’m lovin it. Day 5: I didn’t even pause at all today!! I’m so proud

I have never had to work at my abs until about a year ago. 6 pack turned into a one pack. Thanks Covid. I came across this and tried to do the workout and had to stop about q quarter through.. lol.. I also never realized how weak I am in my hips. I have been weightlifter for 35 years but struggle w/ these basic movements. Anyhow I am hooked on these ab workouts. I am doing them a few times a week but have a long way to go. I want my 6 pack back! Great channel!
This video has been the biggest motivator for me to get up and work out before school for the past two months. It takes the pressure off me creating my own workout, and gives me a goal - to be able to fully do all the exercises in the video. Day 1: it was hard but i felt successful and just great when I finished ! I wanted to stop around 18 minutes but then I just told myself “you gotta keep going,” and I did. I am so proud of myself Day 2: it was easier this time but it still burned haha. I feel relaxed and amazing !!

It's been a while since I've done your 30 min abdominal workouts but I was able to complete all of the exercises with little to no breaks beside the 15 seconds of rest in the video!! Love these long abdominal workouts!!

I honestly dont know if I like or dont like going through so much pain. Its horrible in the moment but it makes you feel great when you finish. Its a good sign.

I love this workout because whenever I try to do ab workouts without a guide or help I fail so badly because my back arches. I end up doing the workouts wrong. And start having a mental breakdown so I’m sticking to videos
sammeee, i just looked it up on the internet ”How to tighten my ab muscles wothout hurting my back”. And I really love that Maddie reminds us every time of the right form and the breathing and hot important it is to be in the right position while exercising. Sometimes I just can t get it till the end cause my abs stop cooperating, so my back takes over and starts hurting, even tho I try to remember myself always to stay in the right form, sometimes they are probably not that strong yet to mantain this level of intensity, so i hit pause and wait a few seconds and then i try again. Also, I think it will get better and better. Good luck in your process too!
What advice do you have for full sit-ups? I can’t do them without my feet being anchored down and using lil momentum to get myself up to meet the knees, trying to get good at them for a fitness test, thanks 😊
@@someonelol7210 I now stopped doing these workouts extensively, but yes, last year I even got to having a sixpack!! (Not only with this workout but mostly Caroline Girvan and also protein shakes etc.)
