Excellent video very helpful just a few questions… would this be an everyday thing to do? Would you do this as a separate workout, or do it before a hitting session/match? Would you want to do this as a warmup or a cool down?
I personally think its good to do daily, definitely for warmup and cool down

Fantastic video. Any ideas for lower back (lumbar spine). Most of the back injury prevention was upper rotation (I think). I'm coming back from bone bruising in the L3 vertebrae. Thanks
I used to get lower back pain and all I did was strengthen my core and that fixed it, stuff like planks and leg raises I did lots of
Opening up the thoracic spine really helps with lower back pain, as does working with hips and feet which he is doing in the videos

How often should we do each component and how do we incorporate it into our routine?
continuous ones can be 30-60 sec of 2-3 sets. repeatable ones can be 10-15 repeat 2-3 set depends on you.

This is an excellent instruction and exercises but shot poorly. I wish there were more wide shots so we can see better the exercises.There is no need to be creative in shooting this we am trying to watch the exercises not how good the shot are. It is very distracting.
