Anyone else here after a long divorce with exercise 🙋♀Going from HIIT training and weights 4 times a week to NOTHING...lets just say this kicked my bootie and has re-ignited my passion for all things active. Im literally doing this in my office, in my work clothes lol, I only made it to 12:52 but now have a personal goal to get to the end in 2 weeks. Good afternoon , i just want to thank you , i did this workout twice today and i feel much better i was stiff because i have a work that is hard and i was feeling stiff , tight , my lower back was sored stiff and my body in general and this workout helped me a lot and i felt it helps improve coordination and my mobility , the movements are dynamic , the music is uplifting and i felt it on a cardiovascular level too , my heart rate went up , i liked it so much that i saved it to do it again , thank you very much , i subscribed to your channel and i'll be doing more of your workouts , it's just what i needed to feel better , thank you once again and keep doing this because as you helped me today you're helping many other people feeling better , thank you very much! 🙏

Just tried this workout & I love it. The music is on point. I like how this is a full workout with a warm-up & cool down. I have a goal to loose 50 lbs by summer & this is exactly what I needed. I can totally feel it working; especially in my arms. Thank you!!!
Great workout! This was my first and a few of the steps took some time to get used to doing. However got it done! I don't usually sweat but I am headed to the shower! Love this!!!

I used 1.5 kilo weights for part of the workout due to shoulder issues on my left one but was able to alternate with what I could do with weights to body weight only. Thank you for suggesting the use of weights if we wanted to. Thank you also for all the work you do to put these workouts together.

Oof 🥵🥵 having been Ill for the last week and a half, this s the first workout I’ve done, wrecked, was slow, but still completed it, just!
