I’m not someone who really needed this video but, im someone who just genuinely realized that I Enjoy or even may be and addict when it comes to your videos it’s perfect for me, it has a tame yet creative environment, great wisdom per video and lastly a content creator that makes video that flows so well that, it feels like a conversation. Big inspiration
I´ve started to go to the local gym sicnce last fall. I curently go once a week during my day off, but I`m planing to increase it when work gets a bit quiter.
Just wanna have big Arms and wide Thighs. Curently thats it. Wanna get them to be stronger, faster, more agile, feel better about myself, to look better and to finally get my first Tattoo on my right upper arm in a proper Size. I´ve wanted to get Tattoes since I was 14. I´m 27 now.

Cow Milk isn't good for your health. You shouldn't be drinking another animal milk but if you're like me have skimmed lactose free milk with your cereal or try other types of milk
