my bf broke up with me yesterday, it feels so lonely and empty now, I remember him telling me that he loved me and called me beautiful, but after we broke up, he just didn’t look back, it’s all because of my fault, I didn’t text him even if he told me that I didn’t annoy him when I text him first, unfortunately not texting everyday led to a break up, but he did show some red flags, he liked another girl during our relationship together and he wouldn’t give me his account when I gave him mines, I don’t think I will heal, I told my friend "he truly loved me" but she said "if he truly loved you, then why did he left you?" Deleted TikTok 3 months ago. Deactivated Facebook 3 days ago. Instagram is staying for the time being for long-distance communication. I've removed my photos. I'm unfollowing accounts that I do not personally know. Social media is poison. My phone is an addiction. But I will work on this. We move forward.

Disappointed in myself for not getting this promotion. All I had to do is just work on my attendance and I would've had it. Definitely took a hit to my ego, but it's allowed me to reevaluate what's important and what to focus on, aswell as leading me to this video in the first place. Could give me an opportunity that I would've never gotten if this never happened.

good to see younger people also get it, im born in 95 so it was perfect to grow up, we had a shity slow pc and a cellphone you could only text and call so it was for emergance only so tech was never used we grew up outside and 10 ish years ago i smashed my phone and didnt get one for like 2 years everyone hated me but i loved it, it made me realize how addicted we have become so i never jumped on the tik tok scrolling trend. i scroll yt if i cant leave a place and its noting to do (work). phone is usually last priority so good luck getting a hold of me my phone is for EXIT only (silent and never call back)

I am a woman, and I'm struggling to fight it, too. Unlike what most people believe, not every girl is considered "beautiful" by society's fucked up standards. I have been degraded my whole life and considered a hideous freak. Years of mental abuse and body image problems lead me down to this depressing hole. I'm trying to avoid it but I've been lonely for years, I started therapy recently and I feel like it's been helping me a lot. I want to break this problem, too. Life is a bitch and finding good people is hard. I was beaten down for my appearance for years and I know it's caused me damage, so much so that I genuinely feel ugly and disgusted with myself over how I look. I've been dialing back on sugar and so far I've lost a good amount of weight, being a person on the ASD spectrum it's incredibly difficult to get out there and meet others, especially considering everything I've been through. I became addicted last year thanks to being on twitter for a long time, and ever since I dumped that site I've felt better. I still have to beat this, though. I wanna get better and your videos inspire me, man. They really do. Thank you. I'm doing everything in my power to avoid relapsing even if it beats me sometimes, my cleanest record so far as been a week. I want that to change to two, and eventually three, so far and so forth. So thank you for videos.

its been 1 month after my breakup with the girlfriend that i once loved. iam in my first year of college in new city, i got new friends and my friends introduced me to this girl, i thought she is the girl that i imagined, just a low profile girl that has good emotional stability. turns out she is the complete opposite, she manipulative, it wasnt felt good but she gave me pleasure so i just kinda ignore it for the first 3-4 weeks, im starting to attach myself to her, she has so many internal problem going on in her life, and shes just soo manipulative yet she always stands like she is the good girl and im the bad guy. its a loong story and i cant tell you guys all my story but as i write this comment now, im starting to build my resilience and heal my soul. i hope whoever read this comment are going to reach peak happiness and comfort after the storm you guys had been in. i love yall , thanks!
