Since this was six years ago I did a search to see how they are doing, and they are doing great! They are in great physical condition and heard is growing. I know that has to be in great part to the prep work and research that was done.

I drove for 2 years from Edmonton, Alberta to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory regularly, twice a week. North of Fort Nelson, there is a free rooming Bison heard. Coming originally from Germany, this was for me “eye candy” watching them. Not so nice in the wintertime, when the animals were sleeping on top of the highway and we drove with 65mph. Passing Fort Nelson, I always had my foot close to the brake pedal. It was helpful when other truckers gave you a position of the heard via two-way radio. I did even witnessed the birth of some little ones right beside the highway. It was always special and has a special place in my heart!

I was camping in a primitive campsite in the bottom of the Badlands in SD. A buffalo herd came through and one decided to scratch his back against my tent poles. What a wake up call! I opened up the tent door to a wall of hair. The entire herd was walking in between everyone's tent. It was quite an experience. They were all so photogenic too! Not a single one of them were aggressive, but calm and just grazed as they passed by.

I once turned a bend on a woodland trail in Canada's "Wood Buffalo National Park", and an obscured wild buffalo gave a surprised grunt and looked at me. Our faces were so close, that all I could see in my field of vision were its eyes and nostrils. I instantly locked my eyes on my boots, stayed motionless, and softly mumbled the lyrics of songs I knew hoping I would bore it. After about two minutes, it went away, and the sun fell on my boots again.

The planning from steps A to Z must taken a long time because everything was so organized and designed to cause the least amount of stress on these magnificent creatures. We take our own freedom for granted until you see something like this where you can feel theirs so viscerally. A job well done with the love for these animals so obvious ♥️

Ali - Check Google and you will see how mankind is butchering and murdering 150 thousand unborn babies everyday; total for all the whole world. This is the greatest genocide that has ever taken place in all the whole world in the history of mankind, bar none. Ali, you cry for an animal. Can you spare some tears for the 55 million tiny little babies that are being butchered per year total in the whole year. Ask Almighty God what He thinks about you crying for animals when 55 million unborn little babies are being butchered every year without end. Jesus died for you so you won't have to go to H e l l and burn there forever.

There are 326 million humans total in the US... 75.4 million of them are women in their childbearing years, ages 15 to 50. Many of those women aren't even fertile but just saying they were...that equals over 72% (over 7 out of 10) of all fertile women. Voting for trump has nothing for bad math skills and inflated numbers Nor does rebuilding wildlife in their original habitat have anything to do with politics. However I am a conservative republican and believe in small government so honestly feel that the government has no right to dictate what a woman can do with her body. I'm against abortion because of my religious beliefs but wouldn't presume to condemn anyone who had one.

Great thing that the budget included this promo, really brings to people more aware about what is going on and what kind of effort it takes. @Medusa Charter they're not mutually exclusive! On the contrary, often it's easier to interest people in animal welfare & then once they've supported that, they start to think about how they should care about the human "animals" too, or rather even more & often then feel obligated to help the humans to balance the help they've given the animals.
It's all about humanity & compassion, by denying care to animals, it makes it easier to take the next step & deny it to humans. By engaging with animals, it makes it easier to take the next step & engage with humans that need help too
