As a Mongolian herder, every family has one or two loyal dogs, like Bankhars, who are not just pets but part of our family. From a young age, they grow up alongside our livestock, learning to protect them from wolves and other dangers. These dogs are incredibly smart and hardworking, but they also have a gentle side-always ready to play with children or snuggle by the ger on cold nights. Their loyalty is unmatched, and their soulful eyes seem to understand every word we say. They truly are our best friends in the vast countryside.

Also it is cruel to hold an animal captive in your home. If dogs were still wolves they would serve a real purpose in nature just like all animals do. Los lobos de esa zona del mundo son más bien "pequeños" (25 o 30 kilos) si se comparan con los de otras partes ! Si a matado tantos el solo es porque eran cazadores viejos enfermos o lisiados y sin manada, en españa se necesitan mínimo 5 mastines de trabajo para disuadir a los lobos ibericos (50kilos) por ejemplo.
@haise126 different dog for different job. But they have similarities like the coat. Muzzle. Tibetans are no joke in a small space. They can close a short distance like across a room in a flash! My buddy goes all they want to do is guard the house. They don't fetch anything, they don't like walks, They dont like to be petted... not even by hot college chicks! Lol

Herder family get dogs depending on the size of their herd. Usually 1 to 2, but bigger herd or if they live far out into the land they have 3 or more.

A mini poodle serves more purpose than you. When dogs actually live authentically is what you should mean.
