- Tom Seller's was a Muskogee, Ok resident that owned a body shop that serviced the Muskogee area back in the 60s and 70s. Tom built this car to run at the Thunderbird Speedway in Muskogee and also ran at several tracks on the circuit. Lost sometime in the 70s this car was saved from ever racing again. Later in the 90s it was found in the backyard of a house in Fayetteville Arkansas after a windstorm the night before had pushed a fence over. It sat in my friends shop up until last September where I saw it and made a deal on it. I purchased it in October 2021 after we got back from TROG. Then started working on it and assembling the frame somewhere around December. Really started on it in February/March and had to crank to get it to our car show the Prewar Pileup 2022. But I got done, and I drove it around there a little bit but now have been working out the bugs and details like brake adjustment, generator adjustment and carb jets.
I'm running a stock 59A flattie with adjustable lifters, Thickstun high rise 2x2 intake with 2 brand new Stromberg 81s, and a brand new Stromberg E-Fire distributor (all 6V Positive ground). Going thru a 1939 rebuilt trans and 1933 rear axle.
