    Install, test and review of the all new OX HYDRA PRO 2.0 on the Husqvarna (KTM) 2022 FX350.
    In the past I had the REKLUSE LHRB left hand rear brake and hated it but I loved the concept of the left hand rear brake but I wanted a brake with better, stronger stopping power that was easy to install to help in technical single track riding and with steep downhill riding. The OX-HYDRA BRAKE is an exciting new OX-BRAKE product that gives you full modulation and power! Optimized hydra cylinder piston allows for the most powerful stopping power on the market. The OX-Brake Hydra Left Hand Rear Brake Kit provides an auxiliary means of operating your motorcycle's rear brake without having to have your right foot on the peg and pressing the brake pedal. The OX-Brake design offers enhanced braking control and incredible power that can allow you to lock up the rear wheel with just two fingers. Should this hydraulic brake system fail for any reason, you still have complete control of your rear brake system using the stock rear brake pedal. Available for KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas and Sherco motorcycles.

    Do you think this would be powerful enough to use on wheelies past balance point?

    • @WADZUP
      @WADZUP  Год назад

      That’s a good question. It’s powerful, my gut tells me yes but I think it would depend on speed weight and how far past the 12 o’clock you were in order to bring it back. Net net I guess I’ll need to test more myself but my wheelies need some work.

    Try Clake ProLever. Had them on a few bikes. EASILY lock or modulate rear brake AND apply enough clutch to prevent engine stalling with one finger. You can keep the foot brake if you wish (I do). if course it's expensive, but it really works and breaking is only half of what it does.

      Over a thousand USD is more money than most people are willing to spend and I’m not sure if they shipped to Canada or even the US do they? I’ve heard with the double reservoir air in the lines, requiring re bleeding and brake fade happens sometimes, have you experienced any of that?

    • @clemoniii
      @clemoniii 2 года назад

      You must bleed them well initially out you won't get fade, they just don't apply full pressure. Vacuum bleeding works best. Been using then since 2014. I'm in Edisto, SC (USA). Shipping was about a month because Owen Clake was one man show; however he answered his phone and walked me through installments and tuning. Tuning involves figuring out where YOU want the "other" hydraulic circuit to kick in and how light you want the clutch pull. You choose "clutch then brake" or "brake then clutch" by your one finger position on the single lever. Just like a carburetor, once tuned it is INCREDIBLE!

      @@clemoniii I run a recluse and rarely use the clutch and it’s a little bit steep for my blood both the delivery time and the price and once you add duty charges and taxes it’s a big hit to the pocketbook.
      One of the things I liked about the OX Pro 2.0 is it doesn’t require bleeding it has less parts it doesn’t even have a reservoir and it’s 4 times more affordable. I was just looking for something that was simple to install and powerful and didn’t require bleeding but I definitely can see the quality in the Clake. Thanks for watching, If you’re ever planning on a road trip to BC Canada check out my channel I have lots of riding videos that you should add to your bucket list should you get adventurous cheers

      @@WADZUP Will do. Going to Thailand to ride singletrack with Grace MacDonald (Bikehedonia on RUclips, Instagram, FB) this Christmas. I'm 60, so that may be my last big Enduro type riding adventure, but did get into the old man sport of Adventure riding last October with "test" of 1 week training on a Yamaha T700 in Moab, UT then a week of solo in Moab. It was fun, but I was dying for one of my Betas half the time.

      Great question, I was wondering myself overtime if it may need bleeding and loose power and it hasn’t. My Rekluse was a joke and did need bleeding and wasn’t powerful at all but this system is simple and just works. If you want to save use the wadzup discount code. Not sure if you’ve ridden with a LHRB but once you do you’ll be spoiled and will want it on ever bike. It helps in so many scenarios there’s no debating that’s!
