The little compartment on the left side is for the toolkit that came with the bike. Thats why you have a nr 3 or 4 allanskey under your seat to be able to access it👍😊
!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!!
For the EU guys wanting to buy this dongle, with the newer Models the Euro 5 and up this doesnt work anymore since the O2 sensor has a closed loop.
So once it detects anything wrong with the mixture it will overwrite and adapt to the current riding situation, same thing with the Power comander you wont be able to programm pops and bangs anymore you'd have to do a ECU flash.

after ecu remap you can do 3 gear . The euro emission choke the engine
Hey man, I just got the 2020 enduro, I got happy when I seen these mod, but you started talking about the supermoto model can’t really do a third gear wheel, my enduro will pop a 5th gear wheelie no problem, I had a 6th gear doing 88mph, I think the enduro is tune better then the supermoto model. Only mod I have is after market exhaust. And I’m pulling power 5th-6th gear wheelies on the interstate no problem, can’t wait to see the air box mod! Keep it up 👍

What makes you want the ktm over the husky?
3rd gear clutch ups at 50 mph work like a charm, 3rd gear with no clutch is tough
I just this afternoon installed he dongle on my 2020. 2nd gear power wheelies are silly easy. With the proper body positioning and input, 3rd is good too, but harder, like you said. If you had a kicker, such as a hill, it'd be a breeze. I'll likely drop a tooth up front and add a few in the rear. Then I'll be expecting 4th gear power wheelies :)
The free space is for your tools. There is ja T30 in your seat to get to the tools.

1:52 this Box is for your on-board tools. You should have got a blue bag with some tools in it, with the bike. Under your Seat you can clip a T-30 Screwdriver wich you need to access the on-board tools.

Under the seat there is a place for a T30 only. Just to get access to that hidden toolbox on the left side.

What performance mods do you have on your bike and what you recommend?
Your bike should have come with a tool kit. That’s what the compartment is for. I deleted mine when I did the air box and Power Commander V. I see Chester is a player!😂 I don’t blame you!😎

Yeah, it definitely seems like they detune this bike with all the emissions garbage etc. You can feel that the bike has a lot of potential, but stock it only runs ok. Can't wait to do my mods...

Honestly, you don't gain much at all from an aftermarket header on this bike. Better off putting that $400+ towards intake and power commander

Thank you! I don't think it's required, it would definitely help get the most out of it but the fuel dongle is helping. I would say if you do an exhaust get the PC!

How did you turn traction control off? Mine when I go to wheelie it shuts itself down as soon as the front tire comes off the ground
You hold the TC button when youre not moving
The stock throttle linearity is HORRIBLE. I actually looped my 2020 doing a wheelie because it just took off after a 2-3 shift. Legend says my butt is still healing to this day.
Aww man sorry to hear that, but yeah definitely, it's super unpredictable stock. Now mine is much much smoother. I bet that one hurt👀
@@TheonlyrealChester $5800 in damage. I only had it 4 days. I used to wheelie my DRZ400SM for miles and the throttle was super predictable. This thing however . . . I did order a LeoVince pipe, DNA filter and airbox cover, PCV and the dongles from Rottweiler and the SAS/Canister delete too so it should rip pretty good. What pipe are you gonna run?

When you got it up in 3rd that night it lookt like you may have been riding up more of an incline whereas that street you were just on looks pretty level (video can be deceiving though) which may explain the easier 3rd gear PW. All right I'll hook u up with a sub cuz of the dongle knowledge you passed on. Keep it up

I have the 19, bought it used. Modded airbox, dongle installed and pc5 but i notice my air sensor to the exhaust is still on the bike. Is'nt it suposed to be removed ? Does it matter ?
It doesn't have to be there but isn't hurting anything

Hi. Are you still using the bike with the fuel dongle? Could you please measure the resistance of both resistors it includes? Can not get it from any factory delivering to my country (. So can make it myself easily then. They say the required values are 1M Om and 300 Om. But I am not sure if it just to replace the o2 sensor to trick the ecu or it will change AFR at the bottom as well. Thanks

Yeah definitely! But clutches are expensive 😂 I like bouncing it up with throttle, it comes up easy without the clutch.

It does. And you have to shut it off i you want to wheelie.
My 140cc pit bike is the same as that
i think the problem with the sm is the gearing, its too long. lets say i would get it to do no more than 170 175kmh, thats what a supermoto should go around to. and you would have a lot more power
Totally agree, I changed mine 14t front 45t rear, clutch up 4th no problem, power wheelie 3rd no problem
Does your 701 ever stall when downshifting? My Vitpilen 701 (same engine) stalled when going from 3rd to 2nd while rev matching and I can't figure out why.

Chester Anderson thanks! Getting mixed awnsers on this, some say the PCV doesnt work on lower rpms so a fuel dongle is still necessary and some say its not D:
@@Brentvl rottweiler themselves say a dongle is needed. Closed loop (below 5500rpm) always corrects itself with pcv only. It only works in the higher rpm ranges. There’s a video on their website about it!

An electronic plug can never do anything for a mechanical carb. The jetting is what is needed to change if you want more/less fuel

When you wheelie dont lean forward after you give gas you have to lean back.

Clutching it up is the *only* proper way to wheelie. When you try & do them with the power of the engine alone, *it* controls when the wheelie happens. When you use the clutch, *you* control when the wheelie happens. :)
