At 15:10, you were pulling off some drywall and I was thinking, too bad it doesn't come off in bigger pieces and you said, it would be nice if it came out in one big sheet but sometimes it just doesn't. And I thought...Wow, Bob can add psychic to his bio! Thanks for the video!
That's funny, I guess we were thinking the same thing. As always, Thanks for watching.
Love this stuff
I'll keep them coming. Thanks for watching.
Good job bob👍🏾
Thanks for watching.
Do you have a video where you talk about some preliminary things you must do to check if a full bathroom remodel is possible? For example: What water and sewer line considerations must be made? Is it possible in a townhome row? Are permits required?
Great job! I need to remodel my master bath. I want to get rid of the tub and make the shower wider. I have a concrete slab and can’t figure out how to move the drain holes.
It is easier if you have access to the plumbing from below. However it is not impossible if you don't. Thanks for watching.
Good job... and good video. Just a rule of thumb I follow - always change all valves and speedways on a bath reno. I take no chances.
I will typically change them, and I carry a set with me, but in this case they were changed not too long ago and still in great shape. So on this one no need to waste the money on new. Thanks for watching.
Bob, good helpful video.
What are some of the major differences items to check for if this half bath to add a shower was being installed on a first floor with post tension concrete ground on ground level? Do you have a step by step video for that type of change?
Sorry I do not have a video on that specific situation. The major difference would be the location of the drain. In your situation I would try to keep the drain in the same location as it is now because moving it would be a lot more difficult. Other than that most of the steps will be the same. Hope this helps
Thanks for watching.
Snazzy! If you are doing this on the second floor would you need to break into the ceiling on the first floor to access the pipe for the toilet?
Yes, either that or the floor in the bathroom. I have done it that way before. Hope this helps, Thanks for watching.
Your steps in the video go fast lol. But its the best one for half to full. Ty
I was afraid to make the videos too long. Thanks for watching.
Hi there, how much does it costs?
Depends on the bathroom and material. Thanks for watching.
Hello Mr Bob
First, thank you for all of your wonderful and informative video step by step, you are my inspiration, after watching this particular video, i wanted to fix my bathroom right away. Do you have an email address because I have some questions I would like to ask for your advice if you don’t mind. Thank you and I subscribed to your channel and love to learn more from you. Thank you
What questions did you have? I’ll try to answer them.
@@funbro1 Hi Mr Bob
I have a small bathroom currently located in my bedroom. The bathroom have a sink and a toilet. We really love to put a walk in shower ( wet room) not sure if possible? What should we do first if possible? Thank you. I can take some pictures to show you and that’s why I ask for your email address. Anyway, thank you
The first step would be to get your layout drawn up and then make sure that all your plumbing and electrical will work with your new layout.
It's not really converting since you've added space. Expanding is a better word.
It really is converting but you could also say that it is expanding. Thanks for watching.
I'm cringinggg where's your gloves!?
Gloves? Why do I need gloves?
