Do you have a video where you talk about some preliminary things you must do to check if a full bathroom remodel is possible? For example: What water and sewer line considerations must be made? Is it possible in a townhome row? Are permits required?

That would not be up to code in my area because we need to have at least 30 inches from the center of the toilet out (because small spaces are death traps for babies, so please be so careful). What size is the shower? It looks tiny, but nice!

Thank you! We used an Ove shower kit from Home Depot. It was a 32x32 pan and came with a reversible sliding door to save space whichever direction you need to go! As for the toilet we used a Swiss Madison Sublime one piece Elongated toilet. We needed it as narrow as possible but still elongated for comfort! Since it’s all in one, it’s only 24deepx14wide😊
It looks nice, but It will have some trouble passing inspection. Toilet needs 15 inch clearnance both sides. The sink also needs similar clearance (15 inch from each wall).
