    Bro my handstand hold is approx 2 minutes but still i can't do HSPU i try negative HSPU btt still i can't able to do it can you plz tell me which exercise is best

    Bro I can't do handstand still it's been an eternity since I have started training for it as soon as I go to handstand position I fall backward again'
    U may be thinking I don't have much strength but bro I can assure you that I have the strength

      I will share with you my personal experience with the hs which took me 6 months of consistent training to achieve it. Except from the training itself, the game changer for me was greasing the groove. 30 seconds 5 times a day wall assisted hs hold with proper form and slowly trying to leave the wall little by little. Eventually I mastered it and felt comfortable freestanding it.
