- On January 30th, 2023, 75-year-old Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly allegedly shot and killed Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, whom he accused of trespassing on his ranch in Keno Springs after crossing the Mexican border. Kelly and his wife were concerned about cartels trafficking drugs and people before the deadly incident happened. Reports also say Buitimea had a history of illegally crossing the border. Kelly is charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

Regardless of what you think, that’s not true. Not even the defense team is trying to pull that much wool over our eyes. They are saying one gang shot a member of another gang, they’re not even trying to act like him and his wife were even remotely in danger. So I’m not sure where you’re getting that from.
This man needs to go home in peace.... he had a right to defend and protect his family and possessions /property
Would you feel it was the same if some teenagers where playing around on his property and accidentally shot their gun once, or they said off one firework that sounded like a gun and they were carrying shovels or some thing that looked like a gun, so then the homeowner unleashed a buttload of bullets on them.

The Jury better get this right! This man is innocent and if they get it wrong no one will ever beable to protect their home and the bad guys will start taking what they want! These prosecutors are part of the problem, they want to win to further their own career and line their pockets! Shame on them and I hope their families show disappointment in them!! I know i would be embarrassed if it was my family member prosecuting this man!
And something tells me you wouldn’t feel the same way if you were a teenager or you had teenagers who were messing around on somebody’s property exploring like I did when I was a young kid, and all sudden some guy came out and just started shooting everywhere because he thought you were part of the cartel. Or is it OK as long as their skins dark but not if they’re a “all American“ kid?
The judge declared a mistrial. It was 7 not guilty 1 guilty. The state better not retry this man.
