Bodycam footage captures the moment Austin police arrived at the home of OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney's parents to arrest them after they allegedly tampered with evidence related to the death of Clenney's boyfriend. Police suspected that Kim and Deborah Clenney had an old laptop that belonged to Christian Obumseli and had deleted information from the computer before handing it over to Clenney's legal team. The parents were shocked upon arrest but cooperated throughout the process. Courtney Clenney still faces trial for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death in 2022.

END OF CONVERSATION.
"This is unfortunate" never heard of an officer talk this way... man this is the red carpet of arrests. This after someone is being arrested for facilitating a murder? WTF?!
It’s because these are detectives. What they do is collect and gather evidence. They typically do not do arrests without municipal cops. That’s why you see them call the local cops to come make the arrests. They are gathering evidence and extraditing to another state for prosecution. If the process of this arrest led to a struggle of some sort they would end up having to arrest and place charges in their current state thus creating an issue where they would need to deal with multiple states and cases causing the main issue of arrest to go stale. These detectives don’t have jurisdiction to do anything besides basically be your friend because they have 0 authority to do anything outside of their jurisdiction.

That guy needs to stop apologizing to the dad...COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
its a high profile case and they are rich .. the cops cant get away with their usual abuse of the public this time
@@whitefreeman5798or maybe.. just maybe. They're trying to keep everything calm and under control
We know how this would play out for most of us. Face down, hands behind our backs, and neighbors filming.
It was potentially just to keep the couple calm
Presumably it’s a tactical move to get them to cooperate?
Did he just call the dead victim a MF???
Who cares just because you’re dead that doesn’t mean your not a MF
time stamp it 00:00

Just because someone got murdered, doesn't mean he was an angel...
Yes he did! He’s a sick man!
This cop should be drummed out of the force. First 60 secs he says “there is a warrant out for your arrest don’t worry you’re not criminals, we wanna make this as easy as possible for you”
Why is this guy being so condescending?
Not once did the cop tell him to keep his hands out of his pockets 🤦🏾♂️
Let's be fair...these aren't the folks gunning for cops
@@TheMaleficent1 privilege is the word you’re looking for.
Exactly my thoughts..no "get your hands out your pockets"
Nor did they separate the accomplices.

Great work, guys!! Keep em comin!
100% proof of a two-tier justice system.
We've all known this forever this isn't anything new
They assisted a murderer and then went through the murder victims laptop, and withheld his property from his parents. Monsters 😢😢😢
Why not aiding and abeting
You're ridiculously wrong!😂
Exactly your so right. Cant tamper with evidence period.
@@user-cs3hi8zp7pactually you are wrong. They took a murder victim’s laptop and then tried to get into it and tamper with evidence in that laptop. What part of that basic premise are you not understanding.

It’s infuriating how wealthy people are treated so differently when being arrested..
Exactly
Dude its not the wealth, they're getting arrested for what's considered a misdemeanor in Texas and they've got their balls in a vice from the Miami detectives
Because they know there won’t be a fight… in the hood you have nothing to lose so it’s a fight everytime. Pretty simple stuff if you just use logic and understand different people and cultures.
Your perception of wealth is off. You mean how guilty calm people are treated vs uneducated gang members or entitled regular people are treated.

I got tired of hearing the cops apologizing for arresting them on felony warrants, so I had to stop listening to this BS.

He hasn’t been processed yet. Not it works. It’s not the movies .
Every time I watch these I’m amazed at how polite the police are and how much detail they go into to explain every minute of the process to the people they’re arresting Unreal.
It flies in the face of what were led to believe about American police.
These are detectives not street cops and they already know everything about who they are dealing with. He’s being processed not raided.
