What aspect of Hinduism do you find most intriguing or inspiring?
The way it inspires one to lead a balanced life focusing on "Dharma" and avoiding indulgence to "Maya".
Non dual kashmir shaivite tantra😊
That it's the oldest extant religion in the world. even as an atheist I find that fascinating.
The part that surprises me is that you mistakenly believe that Hinduism is a religion, it is just a pagan culture, no characteristics of a religion. So stop calling it a Religion, I think it is the worst interpretation of the culture from an Abrahamic point of view.😢
Yugas/in-breath out-breath of Bhrama
this is one of the better videos on hinduism I have seen on youtube. The manner presented is logical and captivating, following a sequential order that makes grasping the info presented to non hindus very easy. It was also unbiased and informative !
Thank you for your kind words and support!
Yep, great overview of what's perhaps the most complex of the world's religions, if indeed there are many theologians who question whether such a broad-ranging and 'inclusive' belief system technically even qualifies as a 'religion'.... excellent graphics too, Grazie!
Absolutely cram-packed with lots of good info! Looking forward to more - subbed. Thank you!
Lovely presentation and very informative video. I adore Shiva alongside Ganesha, the remover of obstacles!
I appreciate your support! I hope you learned a thing or two! Blessings!
Amazing video. This is probably one of the best resource i have seen on the internet which does a very good job in explaining Hinduism. Pronounciation of many sanskrit words is too englicised and drifts a bit too far from actual pronunciation. Various timelines mentioned in the video is influenced by the western view of india's history.
Pronunciation of sansktrit is pretty bad
I appreciate your support! I did my best with Sanskrit, but I realize I still lagged behind. I apologize for any mistakes.
Hinduism is a recent word came about when the British couldn't pronounce the word "sindu".
In fact buddism is older than hinduism, and most teachings come from dravidians and buddism. 😊
Is it a real human voice? The way the word "Sanatana" was pronounced (with the accent on the third syllable rather than the second) leads me to suspect that the narration is artificially generated... What is your opinion?
This does not match with the evidence we have today. I think the word hindu was first used by the Moghuls. Their religion is Bramhinism. The earliest written texts are from the 15th century. We don't have any archaeological evidence of the Vedic period. So it is difficult to say it is the oldest religion. Most of the Archeological evidence is of Buddhism. The images of Brahma, Vishnu and Siva that are referred to are from Vajrayana Buddhism. These are avalokateshwar Buddhas. Sanatan Dham is a Buddhist term.
Is this a religion or madness 😢. Too confusing. 😅
Wow. Barely a mention of Tantra. Kind of an epic fail bro.
