    There is no doubt that exercise is good for you. It keeps your heart beating strong, your brain working well and, of course, improves your overall looks. Some people like to jump out of bed first thing in the morning and get their exercise over with, while others wouldn’t dream of breaking a sweat before lunchtime. Is one better than the other? Not really. Thanks to your body’s 24hr clock, you’re naturally stronger and more flexible in the afternoon, but you’re also more likely to let life get in the way if you leave exercise for too late in the day. People who exercise in the morning tend to be more consistent with exercise routines, and exercise more often than those who work out at other times. But not everyone can get up when their alarm first sounds! Essentially, there is no “best” time to exercise. You need to find a time that helps you make your exercise a regular, consistent part of your life. Aim to make exercise a priority, regardless of when that fits into your schedule! The important thing is not to use time as an excuse - get up, get moving, get well!
