- Video cuts off abruptly. The Sunday Rant deals with sponsored posts that look like real news stories. I would expect to find this in some low level place but not Freightwaves. You have to click it before you are notified that the post is actually a Samsara fluff piece consisting of propaganda. The article tries to convince the reader of the greatness of using the Samsara system and how experienced drivers will flock to companies using them. If course this is not true but this article is not a regular news story. It is disappointing to see it on Freightwaves. I hope the money they make is worth having what I consider click bait.

This top driver got sick and tired of driving for nothing and sitting in parking lots for free, so I started my own damn business. I never downloaded apps for any company I ever worked for, and I will never require it from my drivers. I leave my drivers the hell alone. They know how to do their jobs and I let them do it. No, my drivers do not sit in parking lots for free and they are paid very well. All of my drivers make well over $100k a year and I leave them alone which results in ZERO turnover rate. The only calls my drivers get from my dispatcher is for bad weather or bad traffic conditions or an emergency at home. That's it.

Great Sunday Rant. 😂😂. I work for a company that would try to fire me if I ever said anything negative about the way they run their business. Run of the mill large carrier. They monitor anyone who works for them that’s on RUclips. Ridiculous!!
Free speech is dead. But this is why I never mention the carrier that I drive for
Clownworld for truckers. These companies are just getting dumber with their BS, and their addiction level with the poison Kool-aid of this crap is off the scale.

Number 1, top talent? Where is that coming from? Number 2, this was a money grab to pitch their "greatness " to companies not in the know. Number 3, my 100 year old company just bought into this technology. It's a shame all around. Stay smart folks.
