Look this for all of you speaking abt litracy rate and education.
If education and litracy rate can help in one or the other way in the spreading of the virus.
Then why countries like france, UK, US, italy and so many other 1st world countries couldn't.
And litracy rate is an achievable target.one or the other day the whole of india will be educated... there so many states like MHA, TN and north eastern states will soon join in that list.
The government's Proactiveness and lessons learnt from the previous outbreaks and the ppl not gettin exposed to sudden clusters are the reason.
And the density of the cities in a state also matters....
      I said cities.

It seems this is common assumptions of Keralites that north indians are bigots, if that is what your education have taught you than you have failed already, my uneducated amma[ grandmother] is much more humane than you, because she dont see north, south, eeast west.
As far as cases go this video aged bad, cases are booming in kerala right now, the most dangerous variant is AP variant stands for andhra pradesh. i think you north south argument looks very childish now.

There are more people from Uttar Pradesh than from Kerala who joined ISIS. More people from Britain and Germany have joined . That does not mean that Britain and Germany are worse places than Gujarat or Bihar. Let me tell you another thing that you don't know: Kerala is the place with the largest number of ex Muslim atheists in the world today. Jabbar Mash, Ayub Moulavi, Jamiat Teacher, Muhammad Khan, Mavooran Nasser, Jasla Madassery The list of ex Muslim atheist teachers is growing every day. India is today one of the poorest countries in the world because of racists like you who use religion to maintain racism. Because of the extreme racism, you cannot recognize that all human beings are from Africa and that all are equal.

I can understand you're an educated lad and millions of Muslims are educated and successful in their life. But millions more are uneducated.. And the people who have connection with migrant labourers speak little hindi ( especially the construction contractors ). Little hindi means words for go, take....... and also the migrant labour people from north can also speak simple malayalam.....
